What do you like best about the product?
Zscaler is a comprehensive cloud security platform that provides robust protection for users, workloads, and devices. It employs Zero Trust Networking Access (ZTNA) for secure connectivity and offers full TLS/SSL inspection for data protection. Zscaler is user-friendly, scalable, and reduces management overhead. It leverages automation for security and offers real-time malware detection. By providing fast, secure app access, it enhances user productivity. Its effectiveness, however, depends on its implementation within an organization's IT infrastructure. provides excellent customer support as well as frequency of use and is easy to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zscaler offers robust cloud security, it has some downsides. Users have reported slow system operation and inconsistent SSL support for some URLs. The platform's extensive features can be overwhelming, leading to underutilization. As a cloud-based platform, Zscaler's performance is dependent on reliable internet connectivity, and any disruption can impact its functionality. These factors should be considered when evaluating Zscaler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zscaler Cloud Security Platform addresses key business challenges. It provides visibility into application usage, manages insecure configurations, and controls risky contexts and applications. It tackles cloud security issues that traditional on-premises technologies can't handle. Zscaler also manages entitlements using a Cloud Infrastructure Entitlements Management (CIEM) solution. These capabilities enhance security, simplify connectivity, and improve performance, making Zscaler a valuable tool for businesses.

Mostly everything from security point of view.

sometimes it automatically disconnects the private connection.

It's giving a secure internal network access when working from home.

What do you like best about the product?
Zscaler cloud security gives unparalleled protection with ease of use and it's integration with different platforms is make it's unique. Since,It has got some industry best features in it, it promises best protection among all. They have got a good customer support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few users might get some issue with pricing. The cost might be a factor that potential users need to carefully weigh against their budget constraints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in web filtering, threath intelligence and has a diverse security approach. It has helped me in safgaurding digital assets. Team has recently shifted to zscaler private access and it is seamless and less time consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
ZPA creates a Zero Trust Architecture which provides secure access to remote users without exposing application information on the Internet. Also, ZPA always connects with the right entities all the users can not see all applications without access. Its better than any VPN.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I have not faced any kind of issues with disliking ZPA
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have around 4000 internal applications and multiple vendors need access to those applications. We are using ZPA to provide application access to vendors based on the business needs.

Zscaler Private Access is a software that can completely replace VPNs. The zero trust direct-to-the-application approach reduces latency between hops and provides secure access into applications in the environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zscaler Private Access has an extremely steep learning curve with admins requiring a lot of training to become familiar with setup and configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zscaler Private Access allows us to cut out VPNs and connect directly to the applications we use. This increases security and minimizes latency for remote employees.
