Best Platform to build Chatbots
What do you like best about the product?
The most things I like about Kore.AI its NLP. The model helps in conversation better. Even training the models were away better than other platform what i used before. So much to explore in NLP regarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm using it now for all my requirement's and i found none till now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm an NLP analyst using the platform made training the bot very easy. There is many model that we try or explore. I really liked was few shot and zero shot models were we have trained lib's to be used.

To much content at one strech, we missed lot of goof functionality, even human brain can concentrate at a strech for 2 hours.
it should be to and fro.
show the fuchtionality and let the user practice only that and keep the training for 8 days , 1 hr daily. ultimatum is to gets hands on your software and get used to it, it will help your organisation to reach more users and clients.

I've been using this platform for a while now, and it really simplifies most tasks. Whether you're building bots or handling advanced integrations, everything is made easy. The best part is the NLP capabilities—there are so many models to try out, and they all perform exceptionally well. They have best customized dashboard offered to us.It's impressive how user-friendly and powerful this platform is!

Honestly building chatbot's with kore platform is benefiting to me.Channel integration is one such things is great headache which is solved within few steps.NLP is Superb easy here.

The course is well structured for each topic. The platform is very user friendly.

Sometimes the platform take time load the page. It gets stuck and blank screen is shown to user. It has some latency issue.

Chat bot can be developed very quickly as it is a low code platform and easy to use as actions are drag and drop.

It accepts only Java script. It would be good if tool accepts other scriptings.
