Almost two years ago, we started using the nOps Cloud Optimization Platform to manage and optimize costs across our half a dozen AWS accounts, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the very beginning, nOps guided me through a smooth setup process in our master organization account, making it incredibly easy to get started. Their team was instrumental in helping me adjust the global Service Control Policies, ensuring that the nOps platform had the necessary access to work its magic in each of our accounts and their respective regions.
What truly stood out was their commitment to our success. They scheduled regular follow-up meetings to address one-on-one questions and to showcase new features, which really helped us understand the platform's capabilities. The nOps team has been very active and supportive in our journey to reduce our cloud bills. This was amazing since we didn't need to raise any alarms and they walked us through the process of getting things running as expected once again.
Simplifies AWS cost savings
We use nOPS to automatically manage our AWS Reserved instances, savings plans, and identify additional savings opportunities. We would definitely recommend nOPS to anyone that is interested in AWS Reserved instances, but doesn't have the time to manage them. nOPS automatically purchases the required reserved instances and will sell any unused reserved instances without having to worry about long term commitments.

Effective insights into our AWS infrastructure
We have recently started using nOps to get insight into our AWS infrastructure as part of updating our Well-Architected Review process with AWS. We've found the tools in nOps are easily able to find resources that are unused (particularly important in the development environment) and can show us where we can improve our posture related to the WAR.
As a company, we found nOps really easy and quick to work with, and setting the integration up was a snap.
