Great for client contact
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can put in the information once and if needed to complete paperwork I don't have to input all the info over and over.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes too long going from one part to the next.

What do you like best about the product?
It's nothing flashy, but the fact that it integrates with our CRM is the main benefit

It’s super popular and can be even intergrated. I highly recommend this. Very useful for customer based companies.

Sometimes the UX can get confusing to new users.

It keeps track of all customers and info to go along with including cases, history, etc
Salesforce Self Service is great value
What do you like best about the product?
I used this to manage my book of business and invoices. It is a great CRM service that adds true value and helps reduce cost. Perfect for the new company or sole prop that is looking to get the business off the ground.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tough to get adjust at first if you are no familiar with SFDC background. I moved over from Dynamics and it was tough to navigate at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing my company and building a brand. Also cut down on level one problem solving. Could dedicate time to investing and growing company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You are start off flying if you have a background. If not make sure you have the tech support which there is ample of at the SFDC website.
Great CRM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is great for managing our customer information. It also makes it easy for us to leave notes for our different teams that work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it is so hard for my company to add things to the lightening version.

Very very easy way to have a bunch of different information and platforms in one. Able to access everything. One of my favorite softwares I’ve ever used

There were times when sales force would crash and it took a while for it to come back up
