What do you like best about the product?
Service Cloud excels in case management, real-time reporting, and AI-Einstein. It boosts our advocate efficiency and customer satisfaction, combined with Knowledge and Feedback Management
What do you dislike about the product?
My favorite feature, its flexibility, is also a hinderance as it can be customized so much that you can get yourself in trouble. Remember to configure first - avoid customization wherever possible to stay agile and easily adopt new capabilities.

How the service voice seamlessly make the contact center better. Milestones and entitlements are really good and the path features add a lot to it

Looking for more features related to gen ai

Creating good service console and 360. Enhanced the customer satisfaction as well as improved the contact center performance by 30%

There is nothing I dislike. We were able to use the tools in Service Cloud to manage our Demos.

This has solved our challenges for managing our demo assets. The auto assingments have helped automate our assets

Salesforce Service cloud is a very flexible and customizable solution. There are several natural integrations. I truly allow for greater customer insights, automated workflows, and customer quality.

While the platform is customizable, it can be complex and is a significant investment in your business.

Service cloud is our one stop platform for managing customer interactions. This has streamlined case management and enabled agent productivity.

Excellent tool for customer care and contact center team to fill in all the case details and have it all together in one place .
Email to case is a cool feature that has helped a lot .

The ability to customize workflows for service is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's can be complex so you really need to have someone knowledgeable working on it. A business user with no salesforce experience should not be the one setting things up.
