What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive and has a good user interface. Really helpful for onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes finding help when you have questions is hard and support can be a little drawn out of a process

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is channel/messaging paltform agnostic giving the customers freedom to message through traditional (SMS) or social media and get their responses
What do you dislike about the product?
We found it hard to integrate this tool with our in-house CRM tool . Currently we have amanual fix through data reports , hope to see if more flexibility added to the tool in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We realised that our customers always had a similar set of questions.we used the tool to automate the responses to the customers as well as get the information in aplatform agonsotic manner to the customers

What do you like best about the product?
I love that salesforce allows you to have all departments on one "page"
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quite a few updates, sometimes hard to adjust but not too bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unified source of information. Makes it easy for transparency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
LOVE SALESFORCE. Easy and simple platform for ALL DEPARTMENTS!

What do you like best about the product?
Only used as a tester version but it was always useful for me as an independent freelancer worker which is useful to me maintain schedules and deals management and managing events
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't find a single con about this CRM

Really the best Customer-Relationship Management Software in these days.

It is hard to navigate and almost too many options for customization

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Salesforce is a great platform which is very easy to integrate with other data warehouses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything as of right now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently use service cloud for user case management. it is a great tool for case management and offers great tools like task assignment, escalation rules and other automation based on predefined rules.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool that has a ton of resources to offer.

The ability to recieve an great amount of information in a service request.

Troubleshooting escalated issues tier 2 and 3 I think its informative provides great tools to utilize in assiting the clients needs.

I wished that it did have a desk notification that can be set up for when something is new in there.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface looks good on the eyes.
Easy to use.
User-friendly.
Makes it easier to document interactions with the customer.
Cloud-based.
Does not freeze at all.
I can easily manage my cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce overall is a good application. There is really nothing about it that I don't like. However, if I have to say something, it would be that it does not provide too many options for personalisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped manage customer cases. As soon as you open a case, it gives an overview of the whole case which leads to saving so much time and effort. It is cloud-based so does not freeze like other sales applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good application to manage customer cases.
