Nothing it's perfect as of right now and can't wait for agent AI

We are solving a hotline phone calls to create support tickets to then turn those into knowledge base articals and eventually do self service for our dealers through the partner community

Powerful service automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
Service Cloud is one of my favorite Salesforce products. It can scale from small service teams with simple needs to large call centers with complex multi-channel case routing.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is likely going to change with AgentForce but configuring chat bots can be a bit cumbersome at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making my larger clients' service agents more productive and helps my smaller ones implement formal service processes.

I think that the service cloud is an amazing tool. We attended a session at Dreamforce today and the vision and potential is endless to ensure that our employees and customers can benefit from this technology
