Best Case Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best case management platform, which gives complete 360 view of customer with all the issues progress reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
For new users there's a learning curve which at times can be cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy customer connect with tools and application features inbuild in the service cloud.
Einstein chat bot with live web chat
What do you like best about the product?
Customer can connect with agents to convey their issue whenever agents are available , they can communicate with them live and even if agents are not available , service cloud provide feature to create a case with their corresponding concerns with having their chat attached.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to less users using service cloud currently , if we got stuck on some issue or error then we cannot find the related solution on community of service cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From live web chat we created lead, case and save the customer review in Salesforce.Any time customer connect with agents and find their solution with our agents.

It provides live web chat, WhatsApp chat, text messages, and Einstien bot services to interact with customers. all the request comes only the omni-channel

for the service cloud, the salesforce community is very low we don't get any tutorials easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The customer directly contacts to support team and the support team solves there issues.

I have been using service cloud for the past 2 years. It has all the functionalities required to send the case to the best possible agent automatically. You just need to set up its mail system properly.

I like it the most. But sometimes the setup became a bit tricky.

It can automatically send the cases to the desired person automatically based on the criticality of the case.

The configuration is easy and also as on cloud the on premise things is eliminated

It is expensive for licencing and customization.

It benifits to business by providing a platform to streamline and enhance customer satisfaction. Salesforce service cloud can be used to automate routine tasks.
About my experience on Salesforce Service Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is Custom report & dashboard,as it provides 360° view for professionals that allow us to track customer info easily. Also automatic case routing is one more exciting thing in service cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service contact options are very limited in Service Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves majority of problems by its own bases on one time custom implementation. Because of this, it saves lots of my time

I personally in service cloud like account management, case management, flows, Einstein Chatbot, SLA, milestone, micros and knowledge articles it's awesome features to improve the client productivity.

It is very helpful for our clients like the response time while Einstein chatbot means live agent communication to the customer, and provide a streamline support to their customers, provide the lead management and their services.
I have 4.8 year of experience in Salesforce service good. It is the good experience to work.

What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I did not find regarding this, all very awesome.might be there is something but have not gone through this. So as per my experience all are good.

For providing a steamline customer support and thier response time and pre built functionality like case management, Einstein chatbot, and account lead management
It was very easy to operate the menus and the cloud connectivity was awesome

File upload speed to download , both was very fast. Chatter features is also good.
The best thing about cloud was the instant uploadation to the server. Triaging features were also good. The chatter options which was BEST i can talk to anyone of the client just be searching the name with great features of formatting also and tagging others also

Auto logged out when away for the desktop even for 1 hrs that is very less and should be option according to the workload

I can communicate easily with differenet clients just be searching the name in chatter
