What do you like best about the product?
In Service Cloud, Salesforce provide 24 Hours of support system and its own Salesforce platform that is help center. Salesforce provide all services to betterment of your business Processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually I'm not experienced person about service cloud so currently not found any disadvantage about service cloud. But in this world there is no 100% good things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using service cloud we know about products life and working properly or not, by using service cloud we maintain product life as well as maintained business strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Service Cloud is very helpful with in the customer service industry. Whether is comes down to storing transaction data or creating customer records.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it least helpful when it comes to implementing new processes for colleagues that hasn't worked in Salesforce. The learning process is very tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the storage of records and transactions that are entered via CS reps. We are able to pull reports of any/all customer purchase records.

What do you like best about the product?
If you are familiar with Salesforce already it is easy to use. If you are familiar with reports in Salesforce then you will be able to create reports. Having everything in one spot is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to set up. We had to partner with a separate company to help us set up our service cloud. It feels old and not new and shiny. To update and change things we would like to change we need the help of a separate company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helped us create a help center and self service options for our customers. We also started to collect CSAT scores. It helps with automation when customers reach out to us.

What do you like best about the product?
Automatic call distribution,Real-time analytics,Intelligent routing,Voice transcription and analysis,Customizable dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity,Technical issues, Cost,Learning curve,imited customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are lots of problems faced by the customers using the company's product and they're waiting for the solution or get the response from the company. but using SCV we can able to resolve the issue by just calling the agent.

The customisation options make it an ideal choice for business of all sizes looking to streamline their operations and provide excellent customer service.

While there are occasional system glitches, and limited customisation options, Salesforce Service Cloud has still helped me streamline customer service and provide excellent support.

What do you like best about the product?
In the Service Cloud best thing I like is providing support to our customer's business.
and the support includes Messaging/CTI, Email-to-case, and Knowlege Base ,one of the best user friendly is ChatBot
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst side of the service cloud suit is it has costly service on exceding API calls, and the storage cost as we require to collect our customers data to give them quality services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In real-time all IT Organization follow the Sales cloud to grow their business but parallelly they want higher support for their products so the service cloud comes in the market that contains all features of the sales cloud and also provide service-oriented business throughout their customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Drive digital Customer transformation and journey using Salesforce Service Cloud . Drive top level Productivity . There are multiple features of Service cloud ,like - Lightning Console ,Case Management , Automation & Workflow . Its a great tool to drive the customer journey in today's world .
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is a Crucial factor for every business, Salesforce Service Cloud can be expensive, especially for small companiess or startups on a tight budget.
Business needs to invest extra resources in the learning curve as it has a steep learning curve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better Customer Relationship, Through Salesforce the customers can easily get connected with the service agents and resolve their queries and issues.As a result, it can improve the customer Service ,specially in the customer retention area.
Increased Employee’s Efficiency ,Now the customers and service agents can get connected instantly no matter where they both are located. Salesforce service cloud can be easily managed from any place and through any device it merely makes your agents more productive and helps in improving their efficiency and reduced their overhead costs.

What do you like best about the product?
Service cloud is highly configurable and easy to use tool. You can access Case and Customer under one roof with unlimited manipulations on data can be performed.Cases created via phone, webchat Or community pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike.Expecting salesforce to bring out more robust and out of the box functionalities to make it one of the best customer solution tool.

Service cloud provides great experience for management of cases, along with its features like Omnichannel and CTI integration provides great support for Agents as well.

I did not find any dislikes of service cloud, its great tool , and I love developing solutions to our client using its various out of the box functionalities.

managing customers problems in simple way using case object and making use of qualtrics to send surveys to customers has benefitted alot.
