Excellent software
What do you like best about the product?
Service Cloud enables brands to manage theor service cases with the greatest of ease
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a complex product at first, but this is really a positive as opposed to a negative because it is so extensible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Service Cloud allows businesses to run their service centre efficiently

What do you like best about the product?
It is nice to have the capabilities that it has already included and native to Salesforce. It allows you to do pretty much everything you need to handle cases etc. in your org.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have more functionality without adding additional tools to it. Also some of the capabilities like setting up case queues and assignment rules etc could be easier with more point and click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel like all of the problems we have are being solved with other tools or add ons to Service Cloud. We currently have issues with talking to customers live so are looking at tools to help with that.

There is nothing that I can hate about salesforce. Actually there is a lot to learn

Sometimes kind of complicated and maybe for beginners not that user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
The sales force has been an amazing software when it comes to dealing with cust data. It has helped us to keep all accurate records of our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it gets difficult to filter out customers' data with similar names.

It has helped us in getting accurate reports and also it helps us to get all the details for the contact made to the customer by the agent.

It is a very easy platform to create a source of truth that brings all your customers together. Fostering collaboration, sharing and self service all in one place. As a customer experience professional it is a foundation tool for my programs.

Pricing could be more conducive to modern community models. It puts businesses off sometimes. The ability to implement it has much improved however and finding help is easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved Customer Experience, customer Success, customer service, advocacy, knowledge, self service and enablement. All these things are helped or solved using community.
