Saleforce cloud for sales excellence

What do you like best about the product?
The saas based platform integrates the entire sales processes across the organization and provides consolidated dashboard for the review process. Its quite comprehensive and provides a lot of data cuts and slices
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit steep and the product is a bit expensive compare to other sales saas providers. However its best in class, so no regrets. I would benefit from personal tutorials in real time which could help me on board users quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to build sales process automation for client organization using sesforce. Its really feature loaded with options of cross selling and upselling to prospects. We can tag social network as prospects and do campaigns which is helpful

Being able to have all information available and tied to a persons account is super helpful on managing multiple people's orders and account. ESPECIALLY the task option where I am able to set reminders/tasks for myself and my team.

What do you like best about the product?
I found having a group of individuals who could help determine my issue, then help resolve my issue in a timely manner was super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if they had informed me what was the root cause of the issue, so I could fix it myself in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, I have only had to utilize the Service Cloud once, for an error code regarding Managing Households

What do you like best about the product?
Task management & reminders for deadlines & targets we're trying to hit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less intuitive than hoped for & training/help tools are inadequate so our company has had to spend a massive amount of effort in creating user guides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking tasks and timelines. I like the reminders & tracking to keep us moving forward without missing any key steps. This does help productivity.

Salesforce Service: Good but complex

What do you like best about the product?
All parts of Salesforce work relatively well together. You don't have to learn multiple systems to incorporate Sales, Onboarding and Service into one tool. Adding Pardot also brings in marketing. Salesforce Service Cloud makes it so everything is all in one place and every team has access to the same data in an easy-to-use and easy-to-view format.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is extremely bare-bones without any add-ons and requires much customization. If we didn't have tech-savvy people working on Salesforce, we would not be able to get done what we require for our business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved from three disparate systems, Trello for PM, Helpscout for Service, and HubSpot for Sales & Onboarding. Using one tool for all three departments is pretty amazing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be prepared to have someone who can work full time with/ on Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
I can immediate chat with someone to discuss my challenge and if chat isn't working they are always willing to jump on a screen share immediately!
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain types of support take up to 2 weeks for a 1:1.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensure a great workflow between marketing and sales.
