What do you like best about the product?
As the name suggests, it provides the best services available and also it is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using the service cloud from 9 months and I have not found any dislikes as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working in a project for my company in service cloud. It has a great benefits for me as well as for the client. As the name suggests, it will provide the best services.

What do you like best about the product?
Adaptability and available tools allowing to cover the customer service global environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Commercial approach, the sales team is always looking to sell more and can penalize the customer if the activity is reduced, even is in the hard moments when we need a good partership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cases tracking and the integration of different roles in the company and outside the company. The communication is more fluent and the execution time is followed.

What do you like best about the product?
Whatsapp Integration, SMS integration ...
The integration word usually gives the idea of complex development, but with Salesforce Digital engagement you can configure everything with point and click, no development is needed. And it's natively integrated with the Service Omni-channel module.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process is long, with multiple approvals and you have no visibility of the estimated time. And another problem is debugging, it's a black box, in case of an issue it's not easy to figure out the source.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the MENA region, customers prefer the Whatsapp channels more than European clients, and for a long time, only emails were considered as the professional business channel. So the SDE helped us embrace this shift in perspective and gave the customer the satisfaction they needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce service cloud gives certralized view after integration with apps and tools. It helps my coworkers to boost their productivity. I think these features are not available in others clouds

too much time required to learn its features, but once you learn it made agents life more easier

personally I received many benefits for our end customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps resolve cases faster with easy-to-navigate case views and smart buttons to edit, review and close which helps increase the overall productivity of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't no automated way to link/associate cases that arise due to similar categories for a contact. This leads to multiple cases created for the same issues. It would be great if the AI could automatically associate parent and child cases for a contact so it becomes easier to view, navigate and close the cases effeciantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling multiple cases for accounts, contacts and using it internally to assign, track onboarding cases, training cases and requesting for Customer Success Consultation, Tech Support etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use since its a cloud product and can be accessed from anywhere. Its better than Netsuite

Need to refresh page often, interface can be a bit better
