One of the best cloud BI platform. I can notice that Salesforce is improving Einstein Analytics continuously in their releases. AI in Einstein analytics is simply superb and easy to adopt.
What do you dislike about the product?
More functionalities needs to be added.I all know it is improving but when compared to other BI tools like Tableau, some features are lagged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Best analytical tool available in the market. You just find the best development partner and it would make your business style far easier that what you even might not thought off!

No need to create multiple reports to get all of your data. Point and click interface makes it easier for beginners to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had issues with lagging in the beginning and constant crashing, but that was resolved very quickly.

Able to see the performance of all my employees in one place makes it easier to set sales goals.

It helps me to have a clear and orderly history of each client with all the relevant information that is needed from each one with the details of the negotiation, in what stage it is, what product we are selling and the budget of each one.

I would like a complete tutorial of the entire platform because the platform is so big at certain times I felt lost and I would like to be more informed on how each icon works

The best benefit that this platform can offer is to increase sales in an intelligent, fast and orderly manner; revenues are the most important for the company, which significantly increases
