Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user friendly interface that is easy to use, whether it’s your first time using Salesforce or your fiftieth! There are also always improvements being made to further streamline the program which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really have any complaints, but it’d be great if there was a way for some of the other software we use to be integrated with Salesforce Service Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Service Cloud allows us to work with our clients to quickly resolve any concerns of theirs, whether it is with our software or regarding a question about the data we’ve uploaded into our system.

Pull the trigger on Salesforce Service Cloud at your company if you want software that allows you and your employees to have a user-friendly, efficient way to correspond with your client base!

The amount of tabs I am able to have open at once is too little at the moment for my needs

What do you dislike about the product?
the prices offered by this platform are quite high it is true that it helps sales increase but if the highest and most productive plan is paid, there is a lot of profit in this purchase process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit is to increase sales, customers, productivity and have an improved control of customers to be able to schedule calls and have a history of each customer and know exactly the process that is with each of them without making mistakes

I enjoy best that the sales force cloud is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it lacks somethings and could be priced more competitively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it to solve business problems such as multitasking sales and fixing marginal errors. It seems to fix and remove many user problems in a timely matter.

Just adding more features and making updates shorter.

I like how the system is easily streamlined and the sales / customer service layout makes things each to find and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple view options on the same page make navigation difficult to learn. I also wish the tabs / icon buttons were a but easier to understand by a glance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly taking customer service, product support calls, and live chat sessions. The customers seem to respond well since the time necessary to solve a problem is reduced by the ease-of-use this software provides.

it’s UI as its very easy and user friendly !!!!! Many new feature are available in compare to our in-house product

Cost is definitely the factor which I didn’t like about sales force

This is great for communicating internally and keeping track of you customers.

There are so many options for the program. I’ve used it at my last two companies and it’s interesting to see how differently they are used. I don’t think all the options are nessissary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are trying to make different reports but finding issues when trying to get exactly what we need. As stated above there are a ton of benefits, better communication!

More tutorials for reports would be helpful
