What do you like best about the product?
The notification and that you can filter the tickets as needed

The work notes. Not very user friendly. Always need to update in the same area. Can get confusing as to what notes were updated when

Helping users with the ERP.
Keeps all data for easy documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability that all information from our different teams gets filtered into Salesforce. With being into tech support I can have case history pulled up to see what has solved a particular issue with other clients and even create help documents to assist in training new team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some portions of the software i would love to have an automated process for or even further filtering to select things I'm not looking for on a normal basis be removed from search results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to pull case history for my teams results and filter based on cases opened or closed and issues presented to see what issues may be a common problem or see an issue that may require additional training for the team

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it brings up customer's history in the database and be able to see all their interactions with our company whether it was bad or good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the response is a little slow at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any and all issues a customer may have with their online orders. And the benefits I've realized is that it's nice to be able to keep track of our customer's history of calls to our company.

I don’t have any problems with this software. Salesforce allows worked to track progress on projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a great tool to document customers interactions and also you can use al the data it provides to improve customer interactions. Great follow ups and xustomer retention tools at hand. Overall a great way to service customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little expensive, and need some training to be thorough but overall good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce helps my business to review past customer interactions a d provides robust data to conduct meetings.

Salesforce has a great platform for using customers data to the fullest.

What do you like best about the product?
I did not do much in salesforce but as an intern, at the time the system was simple enough that I could complete all tasks I was assigned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from the very basic tasks I did I found a somewhat steep learning curve for some more advanced projects that I did once or twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really did not work much with salesforce so I can't say what problems it solved but it definitely kept things very organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Service Cloud was very easy to set up. I was able to get it up and running in a couple of days. Tweaking settings was easy, too - I was able to make changes without having to call an implementation specialist.I appreciated the ability to create and tweak auto-assignment and queue rules. This allowed us to route tasks to the correct team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very time-consuming data entry due to complexity.

I appreciated the ability to create and tweak auto-assignment and queue rules. This allowed us to route tasks to the correct team members.Very detailed.

The one shortfall that we had was with reporting. The customer service team was always asking for more abilities to report on activities. Very time-consuming data entry due to complexity.

Good app for sales I like

What do you like best about the product?
is a CRM app based on the cloud for sales, marketing that I like to use is easy and innovative to work with clients your configuration has nothing complicated to enter all the information you need to start using it well
What do you dislike about the product?
Try to use the app on my cell phone to always have it with me and help me when I was not in the office I could work but it is too slow the screen is blank when trying to open and restart, I can not do everything from the app is more complicated that's why I uninstalled it I did not like how it worked so I only work on the pc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have a more defined control and better order of sales is very good application in the company we use it a lot apart from me and I can take an order and follow up of each client or a more ordered database
