What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it to flow through different parts and obtain data easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it’s just my company but it lags a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product support. Easily accessible to customer data.

Honestly is a good product, it’s easy to use and allows you to provide support to customers that’s made easy

I dislike that it’s somewhat buggy and looks dated

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can use Salesforce to quickly pull up contacts and cases as well as attach documents and articles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce can be a little confusing and overwhelming at first if you’re a new user. Sometimes navigating between can be confusing. I’ve closed tabs and when I restart those tabs will be open again and then I have a ton of tabs open that I have to go back and close once again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We help our clients with various payroll, HR, and software issues. Salesforce is a very great application to use to create, monitor, and manage cases (similar to help desk tickets) for our clients quickly and efficiently. I’m able to work fast and create cases while on the phone with clients as I’m multitasking and troubleshooting on other applications. I love the ability to search for articles within case I’ve created. I would not be able to provide quick resolutions to open cases without this function.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are new to Salesforce, it can be overwhelming. Someone told me it is similar to having a Facebook only for work which helped but my biggest tip would be to unruliness any training or tutorial your company provides on how to use Saleforce based on the type of work you will be using it for. For me, my company’s tutorial really helped. I went through it at least twice.

What do you like best about the product?
We use the sales force for catergorization and tracking data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like how it freezes and the glitches from time to time and causes computer to stall
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have noticed its good for storing data for the business and we can correct alot of issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ability to have all of my necessary tools in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked that the program would freeze and lock up in certain circumstances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems that are solved with Salesforce include recording customer calls, transferring calls, managing and receiving calls, documenting calls, access to Knowledge Base, access to screen share technology and another other information needed to complete tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
With Service Cloud, I think the user interface is easy to use and looks really great. It does everything I need to get done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel restricted with what I want to do if it's a little bit of a complicated solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have implemented Service Cloud to various clients with their own respective needs. We've found that it allows for a more streamlined solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The Product is very easy to use and get 360 degree view of the customer is correctly configured for the agent.
What do you dislike about the product?
we need to manually integrate other system as there is no native integration between SAP and SFDC
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to use CASE management to capture the customer interaction.

Its multi tenant architecture, various features it offers, Customization, Light weighted thread, User interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. It is the best CRM available. We cannot dislike anything

Veeva CRM is built on Salesforce CRM, which is used for Medical purposes. Reps use to sell their samples
