Amazing Sales platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is all the features this system encompasses. For example, allowing you to create professional business proposals to send out to customer. Before a potential sell.

Not really anything I dislike about this system. It has all the aspects you expect from a CRM system. But benefits

Im solving problems involving issues and products that I may be not completely knowledgeable about. It allows me to chat with reps and also look up information about services.

I liked that you're able to see all the orders and opportunities! Also, as you use it you can make it more dynamic with the way you're looking into reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like how it was hard to be dynamic in the way you change items up in the interface.

helps manage all of your customer data in one place and allows workers to be more productive and efficient by tracking customers history and adding reminders for the sales calls and meetings

The psychology of being tracked; with the implementation of CRM software even the team will have concerns about the possibility of being hacked. However, with the right training and guidance, it can be rectified

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple the software is and how well it integrates with many other partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the fact that most heavy changes need to be made on the website only.

We are using this software to find and generate new leads for realtors, investors and consumers looking to invest in real estate properties for commercial or residential puropses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend SalesForce just simply for the fact that it integrates very well with a lot of different software companies due to all the partners it has partnered with.
Easy and smooth
What do you like best about the product?
I like that this program was very easy to navigate through. I always appreciate a system that is user friendly .
What do you dislike about the product?
There really wasn't anything about the program that I didn't like. It wasn't complicated to log in or request additional information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems being solved would be the ability to identify and communicate discrepancies with in the payroll system. The format and layout is so simple and easy for each user to read and identify those mistakes and then communicate those to our supervisor for correction is also easy to do.
Worth it
What do you like best about the product?
Service Cloud really has it all. Clients have everything they need and it's easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service could be faster but that's all I can really say.

The platform to create a portal is super seamless!

At the moment, I can't really find anything obvious to dislike about this software.

Salesforce Customer Self Service allows us to create a central portal location for our customers and reduces the number of inquiries we receive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please check this tool out if you need a way to create a central portal for your customers. It is seriously so easy to use and customize, and it reduces the complaints due to the ease of usage.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to ingrate many programs such as outlook. There is also many tools to help put customer data in quicker as well. The support is amazing and always dependable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be pricey but if you only get what you need its well worth it. Great company.

In the past previous customer dialog was missing and we had to catch up often. Now we have notes on all customers and we can easily remember what is going on.

All of the customization options. We are able to completely customize drop downs for specific cases ect, makes reporting a breeze
