What do you like best about the product?
I like that we have all of our accounts consolidated into one platform. It is easier to organize our notes and account information by using SF.
What do you dislike about the product?
I needs to be a little more user friendly. There are also issues with some of the functions - like tiering clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having our accounts grouped by individual households.

What do you like best about the product?
The flow of the system is great it looks sharp

Dislike how often it signs me out and I have to keep signing back in all day long

Use this you email clients outside of the company I work for. They don’t have access to my personal email or information by using this system

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track several Sales teams. With this able to update management, track goals and provide projected revenue and sales goals to teams across the board. I used this quite about with our procurement team. And was successful in streamlining our business on this side of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some funtionalities run a bit slower but nothing that would not stop me from using the software. For instance, there can often be a delay in between closing once case/ticket and starting another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining and interpreting projected numbers for our company. Thw info gathered helps us have factual data in our sales meetings thus increasing business and gaining new clients.

I like how convenient you can search for anything by name, ID, phone number, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only choose one document at a time when uploading documents.

We switched from another system to improve and be more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The notification and that you can filter the tickets as needed

The work notes. Not very user friendly. Always need to update in the same area. Can get confusing as to what notes were updated when

Helping users with the ERP.
Keeps all data for easy documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability that all information from our different teams gets filtered into Salesforce. With being into tech support I can have case history pulled up to see what has solved a particular issue with other clients and even create help documents to assist in training new team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some portions of the software i would love to have an automated process for or even further filtering to select things I'm not looking for on a normal basis be removed from search results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to pull case history for my teams results and filter based on cases opened or closed and issues presented to see what issues may be a common problem or see an issue that may require additional training for the team

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it brings up customer's history in the database and be able to see all their interactions with our company whether it was bad or good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the response is a little slow at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any and all issues a customer may have with their online orders. And the benefits I've realized is that it's nice to be able to keep track of our customer's history of calls to our company.

I don’t have any problems with this software. Salesforce allows worked to track progress on projects.
