What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to leave notes on an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the communication is not visibly clean and cannot be sorted in a way that is easily read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helpful by blocking certain users from writing in and the reporting functionalities are useful.

Using Salesforce Desk as a Collaborative Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of this site is the ability to pool a team's emails, assign them out, and still be able to access messages assigned to another team member. This allows me to jump in and help a customer even if I'm not actively working on their case.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does tend to go do every so often. There is no backup option to use if the email function is not work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program allows us to work as a team and analyze all team members work load at a given time.
Big, Blue and Easy to look at
What do you like best about the product?
The visual aesthetic of this app is free of bloaty space and looks very sharp. It's automatic settings are perfected too. I like how chats get sorted on the bottom of the screen and in other places well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is how often I find multiple windows to lag when you try to open them simultaneously. It's not the PC speed either, sometimes it just doesn't open any of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cutting down on costs from utilizing phone calls, and it's really just much faster and easier to solve simple issues.

The ease of use. I'm able to scroll through and send a message across to others. Anywhere i go i can take work with me.

Messages tend to not be received or send.

Refund purchases and customer satisfaction anywhere i go.

It has a lot of interactivity, which allows us to use custom templates to be able to send emails to customers ans makes our jobs faster.
It also has good security filters so there can be internal communication without the customer seeing things they shouldn't see.

The emails the customers send with attachments are not downloaded, so if there are any screenshots or documents, there is a lot of manual work involved.

Honestly there’s not much to change about this software in my opinion.

There isn't anything that I dislike about Salesforce.

Account updates. Providing customer with account info. Merging duplicate accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
There is nothing to like. I think the person who created this sftware has never had to work with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is too slow. The overview and stus of the cases is more than bad. Emailing is a mess. For some case update you get notifications for some you don’. It is impossible to see updates in the tasks. You have actually into the task to see it. Overall salesforce is not user friendly.

The product is intuitive and holistic - has features that I need and some I didn’t know I even needed until I used the product. Smart design.

It’s expensive! I realize that it is an exclusive product, but with other competitors available sometimes the price is hard to justify.

I like the ability to get a big picture view of my accounts opportunities and documents in one place the collaboration with my resources teammates et Cetera
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are so many different ways to do the same tasks like it sometimes feel like you are working a lot harder than you need to to perform a simple task. Too many clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incited to future opportunities being able to track pipe line, these are all great things.

If you try it you'll find that you're a lot happier with it then whatever you were using previously.
