Useful, but missing some functionality

What do you like best about the product?
Direct email integration for cases, so I don't have to leave Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
No "Draft" functionality for emails. I can't count the number of times I've accidentally closed an email I was writing and completely lost it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Service Cloud is helping me and the rest of the support team better help customers.

So simple! So user friendly! I am shocked at the easy way risks product works

Training was a little cumbersome and tricky

We've noticed that we are getting timely responders and more productivity done in lesser time

Provide better service to customer by using new out of box features like timeline
High availability because we never see an outage

Easy to find quotes and pricing and easy to keep track of issues.

Easy to use and learn Disnt take more than an hour or so to get the hang of it

Can be fristrating to go back to the agent screen once your in the support console

Salesforce is easy to navigate and keeps all of our data organized.

I think the reports are not completely user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease of use and the huge storage!! We use this to hold key information with our partner hotels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to navigate backwards since our software doesn't have a "back" button or arrow, you must click on a new task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to have a central location where all administrators can share progress on a project or update records.

What do you like best about the product?
Saleforce is a collaborative cloud software which is easy to use on any device (laptop, mobile, tablet) and we can use the same even on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface on smaller devices could have more information just like we have in the full-site.

Collaboration on our business process which can be accessed by multiple folks.
