The layout is no frills, simple to use. Lots of different options

Sometimes it lags, takes longer to load

What do you dislike about the product?
Lot of missing features in Lighting. Salesforce Knowladge . Can not host audio and video file and expose it to knowledge

Decent and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly and intuitive with some good features. The interface doesn't require practice to understand or navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little bare bones, like it could use a prettier interface and a better look to make it more appealing to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to log issues with some third party systems so we can communicate with them effectively and keep track of issues as they arise.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it allows you to control who walks in into the lobby and we know exactly who is up next when helping clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its trouble shoots but other than that I like it

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very smooth and friendly on the eyes
What do you dislike about the product?
The lag of the system starts to get cumbersome after working on it for 8+ hours a day

Efficient ticketing system, easy for customers to keep up to date

What do you like best about the product?
Using case functionality, we can associate inquiries back to the contact record, allowing us to see a broader picture of past service and notes that can help keep a more personal relationship while solving current issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until recently HTML wasn’t available on cases so that made it difficult to share links with clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track cases by staff has been great— we can see how many cases are being worked on, resolved, or on hold

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of the product for case writing. This particular section of the product is very useful and the overall database to search names email company names etc. I like the organization, flow of the product and purpose. It makes tracking SLA and improving case handling practices much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel some sections just have so much going on. Areas of the program that most never use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Case tracking and handling. We document all cases and work done with this software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend. It makes case handling and documentation much easier

What do you like best about the product?
The capability to creat a customizable platform for different departments within a company. Can be used for Sales/Marketing, Technical support/ Customer Service, Legal and more.

Wish it was a little bit more user friendly

Finding a way to keep track of customers and their information such as contacts, Contracts and more
