Great for customer accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Great to see any communication between customers, reps, agents across multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all file types can be viewed like any HTML when sending information between customers and SF users

Easy customer communication. Easy to see when changes were made and by whom

Easy to use and customize, while keeping thorough records. Software has the ability to log calls, keep notes, and customization client information screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This application allows us to keep accurate and thorough records on our client requests and changes between our team members. We are able to track response times, as well as many other metrics within the dashboard area.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is everywhere these days, you can't avoid it. It is extremely easy to use from both an administrator and a user standpoint. Support has always been great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to use but there is a learning curve in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grants management.

The ability to display the metrics in a dashboard that creates visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the graphics could be a little better in terms of the dashboard - there is a lot of unused space that could be utilized with more information so that we can get a better and more holistic understanding.

Love that it’s a convenient place for the work I do to review tons of information. Ease of use is a bonus also because they layout is pretty simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my company doesn’t seem to be as up to date as I’d like it to be, but still convenient.

Allows all of our agents to access information on a common ground level for property contracts.
