There is many options you could add/delete and those are you have purchase

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of sales force is the integration between the various departments in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thesetup for creating and working on cases is rather slow and clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce allows us to manage settings for thousands of Kiosks in the field. It also serves as one place where sales, development, and technical support can all use and interact across its different features.

What do you like best about the product?
Can be customized to your specific business and have safe guards put in place so that financial transactions in particular are not processed incorrectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many features require an excessive number of steps to complete. System updates can interfere with existing processes and take longer than average to sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implement uniform processes and share information across multiple departments in various locations.

What do you like best about the product?
The customizable options and how easy it is to design systems that integrate with your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was a little easier to learn how to use. You pretty much have to dedicate 5 hours a week for a month to get a good handle on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to manage leads, send invoices, and now I'm beginning to integrate the tool into our HR department.

It’s simple and easy to navigate,very easy to train on especially for new hires
What do you dislike about the product?
It crashes often where it goes slow or stops responding and I have to use classic agent

What do you like best about the product?
Great program! We have been dedicated users for almost a year now and have no complaints. It has made interacting with customers much easier and more fun - it has also helped us keep organized records.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, we dont have any complaints about this program

It keeps us organized, and we are able to keep up-to-date files!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is accessible in this product. It contains all the information about customers and entitlements, customer comments, details etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the UI of the site. I wish it was more modern like a flowchart but you have to click a lot. it takes some time to understand it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve our main problem of managing our customers.

use it to have all your information at one place.

I currently have no complaints about the product.

Quickly grabbing account information and toggling back to Zendesk provides a full picture in a couple of clicks.
