One of the best service cloud

User-friendly features and process of salesforce cloud

Ticketing support issues. It’s easy to view historical information
Salesforce seems to have a lot of options for customization.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can request changes to Saleforce to suit the needs of our company and the support we receive is quick and incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use the "news feed" concept. Maybe other companies do, but "liking" other peoples notes they enter or other professional duties seems a bit trite to me. I may not understand the way that feature is used since we don't really use it in my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in Technical Support and we log our phone calls in Salesforce. I like that it's very easy to go back and see someone's notes to find out what issue a customer had during a previous call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't have other software to compare to, but I find Salesforce flexible and very easy to use. The support staff has been wonderful to work with and quick to respond. If you are looking for CRM software, I would absolutely recommend considering Salesforce.

Great console for call center, case monitoring, case creation, knowledge base view, etc.

Need to integrate with external CTI if any

Equip customer support team with a one stop shop to manage customer touches by call, email and chat.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly compared to other CRM software systems. I have used Cherwell, VTiger, and HEAT and it remains my favorite being in a technical role.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it freezes up but usually it is easily corrected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Entering customer tickets. Can easily organize the customer problem tickets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very good product .There are soooo many different uses for this product. You can use for inventory management and also sales people. So many options !!
Don’t love it, but would use again.

It’s easy to use so anyone can use it. Easy and quick to learn, really straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for things can be difficult, you have to be really specific with your search and even then, the correct search doesn’t always show up.

It helps our employees with the tools we need to answer our customers’ questions and help resolve their problems. Used mainly to hold our Knowledge Base.

Many features and pretty much covers all that's required to run a service centre

Bit clunky and feels outdated. Also developers are costly.

Service support. Live chat.

Make sure you test it out thoroughly and calculate roi as it amounts up adding features and licenses

What do you like best about the product?
SalesForce is so customizable and easy to use. It keeps all communication centralized and integrates really well with other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the prettiest software, but I prefer a quality product over a pretty product. There are also a LOT of fields, but that also comes with the fact that you can customize it how you'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of my company's cases come through SalesForce. I work in support, so when customers send an email for assistance, it will come in SalesForce.
