What do you like best about the product?
Information can be found using a variety of search tools. Easy navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Format makes it easy to make mistakes and the work flow is sometimes counterintuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assisting consumers affiliated with our clients. We track issues across partners and report tickets for review.

What do you like best about the product?
I use this primarily in connection with Zendesk, and find that Salesforce can be customized for whatever information you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
To someone that isn't an admin and doesn't use it every single day, it's not very intuitive or user-friendly. It's tailored more for the developers than for the occasional user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce can connect with a ton of other programs, and we use it as our main source of truth when it comes to our customers. Everything from leads, to contracts, to onboarding happens through Salesforce and feeds to other programs as needed.

Functionality and ease of use. Tracking.

No easy de-duplication process built in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining database of donors. Great at tracking and building reports and charts.
Easy to use, but complicated setup
What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty simple to communicate with customers and categorize their requests. Also integrates with Salesforce which is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get pretty complicated to set it up to ensure customer requests are sent to the correct teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster communication out to our clients in regards to issues and their requests. Also centralizing the communication so if someone is out, another rep can step right in and assist the customer without delay.
We manage a huge volume of cases through service cloud, and it works like a charm
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce makes it so easy from an end user perspective to manage multiple cases and see them through to resolution. It's just so smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot from a user perspective. I suppose the search functionality could be better? I'm sure it's not quite as smooth sailing from an admin point of view, but it really makes case management and tracking easy.

Case management, ticket tracking, customer communication

User friendly; live chat is a great resource tool and is discreet to use.

NA--this product is great for IT users of all age

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. Very intuitive, and little training needed to implement on a large scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
It runs a little slow when you used on a mobile device. Works great for a desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between cust and sales are much more efficient. Sales team is more efficient and has all the information need in a convenient HTML format.

Do it!
Easy to use CRM and integrates with lots of apps!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. I've used lots of CRMS and this one makes sense. Plus, it has an awesome app so I can do everything on the go!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it's search function can only search by exact words. Example- if I'm searching for a contact "Jonathon Smith" and I type "Jon Smith" it just says no results found. It doesn't know how to say "did you mean..."?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like seeing how the client has interacted with us from the beginning stages to current. It lets me see where the client is at, any issues they've had, etc. I can also keep track of upgrades.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you use it right....training and understanding of this is key before you just start using it. There are easy mistakes to make like "not clicking save" and losi g everything.
