Brilliant customer service and an immensely powerful search tool

What do you like best about the product?
The engagement from BA Insight's customer service and development teams is second-to-none. They invested a bundle of time to understand our business problems, develop a potential solution, and then investigated configuring the tool to precisely meet out requirements.

The tool itself is also immensely powerful. We've only begun scratching the surface of what the search tool provides. We've connected in a customised OCR tool and developed a custom search experience for our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like with all technology solutions you get out what you put in. If you have a strong information governance framework and management process this tool will be a powerful way to navigate through your document repositories. But if your repositories are unstructured, it won't solve that problem for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have lots of information spread across a number of different cloud repositories. Finding precedents, templates and good examples was very difficult. BA Insight allows us to straddle these different repositories in a unified search experience for our users.
