My experience with IBM Process Minning, excellent software for process analysis.
What do you like best about the product?
Its way of executing functions is clean and fast.
Good user interface.
A technical support team is worth going to.
In the area identification process, you are always aware of what is happening.
It has suitable analytical methods for business processes.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think for beginners it can be a bit confusing. You need a process where it can only be used comfortably after a while, or at least that's what happened to us. Everything was resolved with the help of technical support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software is being something new for us, with only a few months of its installation.
Mainly we have been captivated by their methods, the way to have a detailed analysis of business processes.
It helps us see which errors need to be corrected quickly.

It is constantly innovating through updates that benefit us.
Everything is in real-time, the analyzes, the reports, it shows us the data of what happened at the moment, and if something needs to be corrected, it shows us the points that we must deal with.

An unparallel next gen technology that can transform business processes like anything
What do you like best about the product?
Process explorer that gives you indepth insight on how your process transactions are flowing from one activity step to another.Combining the task mining data with process mining is the best feature i can think of in process mining space as of now
What do you dislike about the product?
unavailability of Conformance check feature which is available in Celonis
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using the same in Invoice to Pay sub process of S2P end to end in my organization. Able to identify invoice processing bottle necks using KPIs such as right first time, OCR accuracy level, paid on time, vendor debit balance and Invoice life cycle to name a few.
Boost your automation understanding your "real" processes
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the user-friendly interface, the easy-to-use approach and the value it brought to my processes. I appreciated also the Conformance checking feature and the simulation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all: I spent low time uploading file and the result has been immediate: The model was dynamic and helped me understand the process very quickly. I had no problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I understood to have some critical recycles in the process; it was a Sales Process and showing the result with my resources and some training we solved it. We saved 1day of time in the average Sales Cycle.
A new approach towards multi level mining
What do you like best about the product?
We were facing much difficulty in procurement, ordering, invoices nothing was cleared because it is very difficult to manage such a big organization. But thanks to its P2P and O2C process which has made easy for us to separately analyze the purchasing, ordering, invoicing and payment. It is providing us clear visibility on the real end-to-end P2P process. It is side by side helping us by predicting the cause which we could face in near future thus giving us alert about taking necessary actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to use and complex to understand, free trail is a good opportunity to understand it but strong technical knowledge is required. Prices are bit high though they claim that it is a cost effective solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a new customer to this software so I will discuss my experience with it. This is a Process Mining tool which understand and analyze and test your process before making any kind of digital after collecting require data it represent it in the form of extremely precise module which enables us to chalk out those routes which bring more efficiency to our process and helps in understanding what are points in the mapping that need to be fixed for easy and simple execution of our process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A very productive tool for large business set ups. But I cannot comment about small industries and organization, it can benefit them but it will be a costly solution.
