It is very easy to use and responsive
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is we can view multiple phone numbers and emails at the same time, and compare them in a single tab and it is easy for us
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes it does exactly what I need it for, and it has good integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us determine the owner of phone number and email if the details are available, this also makes us understand the actiivty of the email and how recent it was used, which helps us in determining the legetimacy of the contact.

SEON is very user friendly and easy to implement on a day to day usage. I work as a fraud analyst and I never miss using this tool in my detective work. Customer support is easy to reach and actions are taken fast.

So far all my experiences have been overly positive.

It helps us differentiate fraudulent charges on our airline between genuine ones. Also helps us in sending defenses for incorrect chargebacks.

Like many fraud prevention systems, SEON can have a steep learning curve for new users, especially for businesses that lack in-house expertise in fraud prevention or machine learning

SEON helps detect and prevent unauthorized access to user accounts by analyzing login behavior and flagging suspicious activities
Easy to use while making complex features very usable and intuitive

SEON support is some of the best I've seen. Response times is within 24hrs. This allows us to address troubleshoot the implementation of new features.

One of the downsides is that SEON is missing complex dashboards. This makes sense because they want to focus on the core mission and allows organizations to use dedicated dashboard platforms of their choice.

SEON addresses fraud detection in our ecommerce marketplace. It provides email and device intelligence. This allows us to quickly find repeat emails that are fraudelent and also repeat devices in account creation.
