It works perfectly, it shows all the necessary data when find something on the internet.
What do you like best about the product?
If it shows the name, that is the most helpful for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I work with it within 12h , it will not ask for re-entry, but the connection will be lost during the day and I will have to re-enter. It would be better, for example, to ask for a password again everyday or without 4 h of inactivity. And will not be disconnected during the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If the fresh email doesn't always show, or just leave it blank, but this also happens with and old email adress.

Beautiful and easy to navigate UI and good overall user experience

Sometimes the linked accounts are not accurate and we would end up doing manual searches

Finding customer linked accounts and enhanced customer due diligence
It is without a doubt one of the easiest fraud prevention tools I've used.
What do you like best about the product?
Showing linked accounts through various technical parameters like cookie hash and device hash. Great for finding duplicate accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little slow ay loading customer information at times.

Preventing misuse of stolen or fraudulently acquired documents to fund our services.

It's very easy to read the results and functional for credit risk decision

Probably that the numbers of when is a new email is confusing, it's an eight, it takes time for new employees to understand

Through SEON it is easy to get a single player perspective and its very helpful to look into the customer's logins and block them

Sometimes SEON can be a bit slow and difficult to use

We are looking into VPNs as well as possible online accounts and linked Accounts. Seon has been a big help with this

The product offering is very expansive with many great features that allow us to complete several core functions across our fraud department.

The frequency of the API updates can make it difficult for a team with a large and very full roadmap to keep up with their requirements

Super intuitive and easy to work. Bunch of data points on what reduce fraud risk.

I like that SEON has most of the imaginable data points that you can get from the device. Also that SEON checks if the client's given Email address is deliverable and different other useful data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall everything is good. Some minor things that can be improved, like the possibility to export a full blacklist or in internal scoring add data points in different data type
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly fake identities or theft of identities as these fraudsters tend to use the same devices or being in the same network or repeatable emails or even not deliverable ones. Due to this these kind of clients can be rejected by SEON.

SEON is a tool that can be used in different variety of things and businesses. For client scoring, fraud-fighting, just limiting particular clients and so on. Easy to use and set up. Perfect customer service with smart personnel.

The customer phone number verification/validation and the verification carried out across social media networks
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really for now. Based on what I use it for, I have no complaints.

Seon helps drastically reduce the volume of fraudulent clients/applications coming into the application funnel
