Useful review tool with a time saving browser extension
What do you like best about the product?
SEON provides a well rounded overview of a person during a fraud review. The dashboard is customizable and you can add, remove, snd rearrange information to make it personalized to your needs. The browser extension allows for quick searches of key information without needing to go into the full tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
When reviewing persons that have been involved in a transaction (say a buyer and seller), SEON will show an IP link even though the two parties never logged in from the same IP. Also, while the browser extension is a great tool, the functionality to hover over a piece of information (i.e. email address) makes it difficult to click on links under or near the SEON pop-up. It would be nice if IPV6 was clickable like IPV4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON provides easy access to review emails, IPs, and credit card BINs. The IP heat map is an easy way to see where activity is taking place and if billing information matches logins. The functionality to see how information is updated, such as changing the name on the account or card helps to easily see if verification with the person is needed. The efficiencies offer time savings benefits.

Get yourself familiar with the product. Make sure to take the time to play with the settings and customize it to your needs. It will work well for you if you take the time to set it up.

What do you like best about the product?
Finding bonus abusers and suspicious of fraud.

Occasionally, searching for customer addresses ware not working.

Fraud tool that is simple to use and very effective
What do you like best about the product?
SEON staff are very knowledgeable and guide you expertly through the set up of rules. They also provide great analysis and insight and are the best thing about SEON.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting reports is a little trickier, but the team is always on hand to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are limiting fraud and able to identify targeted fraud rings. We have blocked fraudsters from being able to transact with us. We are seeing a 0.2% drop in our CB rate due to the fraud rules which is very positive.
Would recommend to Seon to any company looking to fight fraudsters!

The ability to customise your own rules, ease of use.

It would be nice to see Seon transition over to 24/7 support.

Decreasing fraudulent transactions and bonus abuse.
The functionalities of Seon I find are very user friendly, easy to navigate, and informative.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I love the most about Seon is how quickly and easily you can check customer connections using cookie hash, allowing you to easily identify any potential duplicate accounts or fraud related issues with ease and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find scrolling through the used IP's in activity can get a bit tedious at times, but this can be alleviated through the use of filters and the like. If this was made more streamlined to highlight any uncharacteristic behaviour it would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Seon every day in my role to analyse any potential connections between accounts to mitigate the potential risks of any fraud or money laundering related activities, thus protecting the business from any potentially risky customers.

Use it as much as you can, play around and become familiar, it can really work wonders.

What do you like best about the product?
SEON has allowed us to almost completely automate our fraud prevention process. It is truly a machine-driven workflow. SEON Sense gives fraud managers a complete end-to-end solution with flexible features to fit the way you do business and has lowered our fraudulent chargeback rates by almost 90% since we first started using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, pricing is fair, Service is responsive. We really like the tool. We had some issues with response times from their API, but very sporadic and not for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding Fraud Islands, working in the Gaming Industry Money in, Money out is very lucrative for organized fraudsters, Seon helps us tremendously with identifying these islands.
Amazing interface, practice with a good usage experience. It works correctly!

Comprehensive and easy
What do you like best about the product?
SEON gives access to a large number of profiles which makes it easy to get key information for determining fraud at a glance. I'm often wowed by their comprehensiveness, especially being able to see airbnb profile information at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major dislikes. Ideally, I'd like the information to be organized neater and to see all applicable skype profiles instead of just one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON helps make it a lot easier to find fraud and uncover legitimate customers in less time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Well worth it if you're looking to combat fraud.

What do you like best about the product?
Air BNB profiles with description along with easy access to LinkedIn Profiles. Also, the recently added BIN lookup can be helpful in spots.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone search can be unintuitive and the Facebook profiles found are sometimes way off and unrelated to the email given
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airbnb profiles are the most valuable people who write their life stories and are a really good sign of a low-risk email.
