Comparing to other tools i've used in the similar area, SEON is the best provider
What do you like best about the product?
- straight forward UI
- quick search with the email
- ability to check the history of searches
- integration with Google Chrome works very well
- Descent amount of information available

What do you dislike about the product?
- Ability to see the associates of the profile holders.
- Better search engine - more hits for the social media such as Linkedin.
Nothing else troubles me, to be honest, those are the only areas I would like to see a bit of development.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding online information on the phone owners and email owners. At my work we need to get a very good level of KYC on customers and SEON is the provider that we are using. SEON has a better ration of findings than other platforms we used to use

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite tool is IP check which always helps to see the usage of browsers and also a location with the usage of VPN. Email search also helps to see if the email is new or not and makes the evaluation more percise.
What do you dislike about the product?
what gets on my nerves is the browser extension, because it will always pop up on the text which it recognizes and asks if I want to search it. 90% of the time i do not want to search and turned it off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If person is using virtual private network for own doings and to mask the location but also the search of email. it helps me evaluate the fraudulent risk of a person by seeing if the account is tied to anything or not.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
start with making one step at a time.

The sheer amount of data that can be analysed when exporting a report.

The hashes that link customers can be misleading at times (device hash / browser hash etc.).

The complexity of the rules system makes it easy to setup the exact structure we required to detect and reach to potential fraudsters while being able to avoid bothering reel users.

There is not much to dislike. Overall the system performs as expected and even beyond in many cases.

We use SEON to detect and block fraudsters and certain users not allowed to play at our casino.

we are able to find players who are making slight changes to the information to bypass our systems.

Seon's team is very helpful and professional, never leaves any question unattended. They monitor merchant's account actively on their end, too. Plenty of fraud rules which are pre-configured is very useful, too

To get most of Seon, a lot of data must be provided to the system. This can be costly and requires extended assistance of IT teams.

So far so good, and nothing to really bother.
Maybe IP check could be more precise with mobile IPs. But problems with it occur maybe a couple of times in one month, that is nothing with our volume.

At mostly we are fighting against duplicate syndicates, that could harm our business.
New features in Devise & OS as WebGL looks really promising in the fighting against fraudsters but needs a bit of testing.
Email information is one of the key features, that helps understand if this is a real person, or another fresh email, that potentially could be harmfull.
