What do you like best about the product?
You can compare the data with other users that share this same data.

I think de geolocation is not that accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can know if an email has some history on sm, internet sites, etc. That way you can ensure the email is not fake or recently created.

What do you like best about the product?
I like most that I can adjust rules/score myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love to include the country code when pasting a phone number into the manual search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With SEON scoring our customers verifying phone numbers, email ages, and addresses, we can confirm whether someone is faking their credentials.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed in which the tool is deployed. It is amazing the speed and the accuracy to grade the quality of an email (whether if it is reliable or not). Awesome tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pluggin tool crashed when I used it. But, simply by entering the manual page on the homepage of SEON, you can get rid of that issue. Honestly im very happy with it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fake e-mails or emails that have been recently created. We are trying to fight the fraud problem when they create a brand new email to make a fake request for a loan.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Double-check always. Sometimes the first attempt at checking an email drops a result, and when refreshing, it falls into another different.

What do you like best about the product?
It`s very useful to track fraud attempts, it is very simple to use and it's likely to do good in any financial product, I enjoy using it because of its simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, there is nothing to dislike about it, but it could be better to have a simpler interface, making it even easier to use with more visually attractive tools in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have found a lot of fraud attempts, it really helps to do our job easier and it helps to be more productive. It is a very good tool to find if the information from clients is real.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it as much as you can. It has everything you need to fight fraud on your own.

What do you like best about the product?
Seeing social media profiles of emails can tell us if an email is an organic user or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform queries sometimes will fail and must be submitted again. Sometimes I have to re-login for it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to see how much activity is linked to an email address. This insight is invaluable. There are other services that do the same thing but so far, SEON is the most comprehensive.

Has a lot of variables that help determine users behavior and history on the Internet.

At least in México, we dont have the same accuracy over some variables.

Validating e-mail and phone number without asking the user.

What do you like best about the product?
The product itself is easy to use and to set up and gives a comprehensive overview of the player's actions. Makes it very easy to spot fraudulent patterns and on top of that, they have a great team to back up the product!
What do you dislike about the product?
Like every other product on the market, it has its areas that need some improvement. However, the best thing about SEON, is that they are really listening to their client's feedback and they are always ready to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are successfully identifying abusive or fraudulent patterns within our platform in the early stages which is a huge help for our business. Saves us a lot of time and implicitly money!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a solution to identify fraud, then SEON is definitely one of the best! Not only that they will provide you with a fraud tool but you will also have a team of experts ready to support you to get the best out of the product!

What do you like best about the product?
The best for me is that you can build your own rules quickly and can adjust them as needed. Also, if you are unsure of a rule, the SEON team is more than happy to assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not at the moment. There are so many different scenarios it can be used for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, it is helping identify bonus abuse, account takeovers, and more.

Also, some of the information supplied in SEON, like social media links, is helpful for chargebacks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend contacting SEON and seeing what SEON can do for you.

What do you like best about the product?
For email searching: Linkedin, AirBNB profile description
What do you dislike about the product?
Phone searching Caller ID Metadata costs an additional fee vs a cheaper competitor that offers it for free. Doesn't seem like a feature that should be additional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of the sheer amount of profiles Seon offers, it is often a one-time stop for email searching.
