Great application with detail information
What do you like best about the product?
the amount of member information that someone can find in regards to someone created a recent email address or which other application thier telephone number is registered on.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue with the application is flagging accounts that are not related and blocking the player from purchasing, and not always fellowing trigger rules for business card as some are still able to purchase
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the problems we can solve multiple accounts, bonus abuser, 3rd party card-linked account with cookie hash IP card or registered address and also location all this information with one click of a box

It is a very reliable application with more than necessary fraud detection software and information and very user frendly

This tool is quite good for quick research of fraud recognition
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that you can make a rapid review both on phone and computer, it's pretty convenient to work with it. There is much data, so by scrolling you can easily find some fraud triggers and react to it. Also, there is quick feedback from Seon workers who really help and give you some useful pieces of advice
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is too much useless info, which doesn't really demonstrate that it's fraud or it isn't. Moreover, there is an automatic machine learning rules tool, which doesn't create powerful features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes there're fraud bands which share with each other succesful swiping ways, so stopping at least one of their members and using customer connections you can fight with all the representatives. This is the way to minimize losses, what is the main benefit

If you need a good, quick and easy-to-use tool, SEON. Fraud Fighters could help you with it. Try to find the main fraus triggers and take a unique look at them

Device fingerprinting which is for sure something that not many fraudsters are aware of (yet)

No 24/7 chat support. It's not something vital; however, it would be nice to have.

Many features, customizable rules, easy integration, helpful support that always assists with issues and responds efficiently to queries, accurate reports and results
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no complaints so far. We believe that everything works properly and all necessary features for fighting fraud are already in place. I wish we knew about this tool in previous gambling businesses we worked for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are eliminating the fraudulent activity and that helps us a lot with our genuine traffic. The checks are done much more efficiently and less effort is needed on repetitive and time consuming tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Seon assists us in solving multiple problems in regards to fraud prevention. the customer service is fast. With Seon I use BIN checker and Facebook. I have not used any competitor software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes BIN and IP address is not displayed correctly.
When address details are not matching (for example, the specified country is Ukraine and the rest of the address details are from another country) the system doesn't notice the mismatch and presents the address in Google map according to the street, house nr and so on.

Seon flags high-risk domains, which helps us to prevent potential fraud. IP and BIN mismatch feature helps us to prevent potential chargebacks and, hence, prevent financial loss.

Sometimes the site can be pretty buggy and laggy, and there is a need to refresh the website.

- Would be great after each search the input is automatically deleted as for now, I have to delete it manually each time

Rather good tool for fraud fighting. In YSI we use Seon constantly.
What do you like best about the product?
All the data are concentrated and structured. Search system and filters are useful. We use Seon with Slack, Jira, Grafana, Hotjar and other tools. We use Seon - it means that it's the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Seon is freezing, when user doesn't open its page for some time. To go out of this "sleeping mode" user should relogin. It's not so comfortable. May be you could make sessions more stable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seon helps us to determine suspicious users and to stop them from some actions on our site (purchases, withdraws, playing games etc.) Timely finding of such users prevents us from loosing money.

Just use Seon, tune the fraud rules and everything will be ok.

What do you like best about the product?
SEON is a perfect tool to use as everything can be found in one place. I wouldn't imagine a working day without this tool, it saves me a lot of time and effort within my workflow. It's also very easy to use. The fact that you can integrate it to your web browser is one of the most useful things. You also have a pop up that comes up so the search tool is always available to use. After using this usefull tool, I couldn't imagine to go back to work without it and I could happily recommend it to anyone who are looking for a smoother and informative workflow. It's very important for me to get the correct and fast information as my work is very hectic and must always be accurate. When customer expects the best result, you simply need to user the tools that are best. This is where SEON comes into the picture.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really anything i dislike about this tool. Staf is always very polite and helpful if anything would be needed and everything works quite well as it's attended to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly check complete IP information from the the same bar where all information is integrated, instead of using other sites that are less helpful. I can also use it to review information regarding emails registered. This is the main reason i am using it personally, however, there are also other great areas where you can use it further. For example monitoring of customers locations, transaction history with charts and diagrams. The benefits of using SEON is that everything is collected in one place instead of using several other tools for same or even worse results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a useful tool, this is the one to use, no questions asked. Staf is always helpful and i have after 1 year of use never experienced any issues.
