The best fraud prevention tool in the market, flexible and dedicated to help fraud fighters!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how flexible and easily the rules can be created and used, the user experience overall is definitely one of the best out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be some further improvement on filtering and reports in general for the dashboard to see some extra data, without needing to raise a request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seon is helping me accomplish a lot, by flagging suspicious patterns, links between fraudulent users and flexibly enabling business while preventing fraud in general.

If you're looking for a tool that's transparent, easy to use, no need for extensive training for your team and can be setup quickly, Seon is what you need.

Preventing Fraud with Seon Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Seon's ability to detect fraud orders by determining and evaluating profile risk is perplexing. I like its scoring process, and I've noticed that the results are highly accurate and reliable. Manual check gives me another way to prevent frauds and extra chargebacks by validating accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, my experience has been great with the usage of Seon, and we regularly use it. So overall, I'm much satisfied with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the beginning, it was integrated with the authentication module to eliminate fraudulent accounts and activities. Later on, we integrated Seon with other system endpoints to make the process more secure and reliable.
Reliable and efficient tool to fight fraud
What do you like best about the product?
Seon has tons of capabilities and features that help it accurately and efficiently block fraud. Integration with our system was straightforward and took our team around a week. It is highly accurate and efficient, and it has proved to be an advantageous and vital solution for our organization. The scoring algorithm is impressive, and the ability to manually run a check by email, IP, and phone number is beneficial and makes it easy to validate accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till today there isn't a single issue I have experienced in seon and their support is super quick and helpful and all our queries has been solved instantly. So we are much satisfied with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seon helps us increase the genuine conversion by eliminating the fraudulent users. I find Seon very accurate and reliable as it provides valuable information about the user like their online public profile, breaches record, and much more.

What do you like best about the product?
Seon helps us a lot with finding linked accounts which helps us prevent multi-account, fraud, and bonus abusers, I think Seon is a must-have in this line of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be best if we had the option to open all linked accounts at once, maybe there would be an option that when we click it, all linked accounts open individually in new tabs which would make it easier for us to locate and open the accounts on our internal system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seon helps us a lot with linked accounts, where we would then check if the accounts are sharing any payment methods or Identify any new triads with a new fraud ring

I would suggest getting familiar with it and make sure to know where to find all the information it can provide and by doing so you will definitely work more efficiently

How the system can detect new phone numbers and emails, the scoring algorithms, and the best part of all, it can detect temporary emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about the product. The product is straightforward to use, integrate, and quite pocket-friendly.

I like cookie hash and activity section the most

it is ok but I work nightshift quite often and at night it is becoming slow at 3-4 AM

I solve usually problems related to using accounts by 3rd party users and using the most cookie hash checks and activity related to IP and locations

device hash option is not very detailed, and it does not show a particular device but all devices, which for example, are called iPhone
