What do you like best about the product?
SEON – Fraud Fighters stands out for its ease of use and relatively smooth implementation, allowing teams to get value quickly without a steep learning curve. Integration with existing systems is generally straightforward, and the platform offers a solid range of features that cover core fraud-prevention needs. Customer support and community engagement are strong, making it easy to get help or insights when needed, and the platform is useful on a frequent basis for staying up to date on fraud trends and best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the downside, some aspects of the platform and community can feel slightly promotional toward SEON’s own products, which may reduce perceived neutrality. While integration and implementation are usually manageable, they can still require notable technical effort for more complex environments. The number of features, while sufficient for most use cases, may feel limited for advanced teams seeking deeper customization, and the depth of support or content can vary depending on the specific session or interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON – Fraud Fighters is solving the problem of fragmented fraud knowledge and the difficulty of staying ahead of constantly evolving fraud tactics by creating a centralized, practical community for fraud professionals. By sharing real-world insights, trends, and proven strategies, it helps reduce guesswork, speeds up decision-making, and supports more effective fraud prevention without harming the customer experience. This benefits me by keeping me informed, improving risk strategy alignment, and providing actionable guidance that can be applied quickly to day-to-day fraud and risk challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface has been meticulously engineered to ensure that the end-user experience is as intuitive and frictionless as possible. By eliminating steep learning curves, the platform allows individuals—regardless of their technical background—to navigate the system with effortless precision and immediate proficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the system generally performs its core functions, we have observed intermittent periods of significant latency that occasionally culminate in total application failure. These performance bottlenecks appear to be inconsistent, yet they result in unexpected service interruptions that force a manual restart of the workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SEON. Fraud Fighters is very customizable, making it suitable for our smaller business-to-business company rather than just large retail markets. Their customer support is excellent, always fast to reply to questions and provide detailed instructions on how to resolve issues. The API setup was simple, and their instructions are very clear, making the process straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard views sometimes need to be clicked in and out of to gather certain types of information. But once you learn to navigate through the views, it's not a big pain point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON. Fraud Fighters helps our company determine if new customers are legitimate or fraudulent, keeping fraudsters from creating an account in our software but allowing legitimate customers in. It also protects our security and reputation with our business partners.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about SEON is that it’s actually practical to use. The fraud signals are strong and you can clearly see why something is flagged, instead of relying on a black box. It’s easy to customize rules and quick to set up. Overall, it feels built for real fraud teams, not just for demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. The platform is well thought out, easy to use, and does exactly what it promises. If anything, it just keeps raising expectations for what a fraud tool should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON helps us prevent fraud like fake accounts, account takeovers, and payment abuse before they cause real damage. It gives clear, actionable signals so we can make faster and more accurate decisions. That means fewer losses, less manual review, and a smoother experience for genuine users.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate SEON. Fraud Fighters for providing a wealth of customer data that significantly assists in our credit scoring and fraud prevention setups. The raw response in JSON format allows us to extract device fingerprinting, IP, email, and phone details to identify fraudsters effectively. The speed and responsiveness of SEON's support whenever we have questions or encounter issues is exceptional, making the experience seamless. The capability to score clients based on different criteria, such as device data for Mac vs. Windows users, and identifying outliers, adds a valuable layer to our analysis. I find the platform incredibly convenient for our analysts to create rules, and comparing it to other services like Iovation, SEON proves to be a better fit for our needs. The platform's ease of integration, supported by a capable SEON team, further enhances its usability as a straightforward tool complemented by a convenient user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find challenges with SEON. Fraud Fighters when using it on our web-based products, as sometimes client information is hidden, leading to incomplete data retrieval. Additionally, some of the services they rely on to gather data occasionally break down, resulting in semi-full data. For instance, when a phone number is registered with Google and SEON cannot scrape the data, it returns null, which affects our models that use this information. Consequently, this necessitates refitting our scoring models without these features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SEON. Fraud Fighters for device fingerprinting, IP, email, and phone details to identify fraudsters, enhancing our credit scoring and fraud prevention efforts. It allows different client scoring models and validates provided data, crucial for fraud detection.

SEON has been an indispensable tool for device fingerprinting, offering a highly detailed response.

The amount of aggregated/internal data that is used in the rule engine, but not available as separate features.

SEON is the main workhorse for preventing fraudulent registration attempts.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation feature is great. Its usage is simple just go to profile and run it. Generally, creating automation or even filters is very easy and even child can build them. API is easy to implementation/integrate on platform and with one request receive every info. One task is fully depend on seon, so we are using them on 24/7. CS is always on top, and ready help to resolve any problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can be added on other pages as well to quickly access them. For example automation next to connected profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In one space you have everything, you have one centralized database of accounts info, directly sanctioning them, you can meet compliance with it, this all benefits business, on human side and technical side.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to verify the features of a phone number/email address to verify if it they may belong to potential fraudsters and the possibility to add information to blacklists or other clustered lists in order to organize clients according to specific criteria defined in line with the evolution of types of frauds, geographical areas, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not identify any specific element which I dislike. Overall, I find it a really user-friendly tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of identifying potential fraudsters in the onboarding phase, in order to filter clients in an effective way and in order not to have further frauds to fight.
