The UI can be a little difficult to learn initially.

Anti-fraud and bonus abusers. Great at identifying potential fraudsters before action occurs.

What do you dislike about the product?
The main challenge for SEON, as they scale and become bigger, will be to not lose that unique touch of community management and the leveraging of true experts in the field, to be able to stay one step ahead of those seeking to abuse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON helps objectifying fraud cases. Detecting advantage-play patterns is something we were doing internally, but in and of itself (when it does not represent a breach of the terms and conditions) it is not an issue. The issue only exists when fraudsters start doing it repetitively through organized ways of multi-accounting. SEON helped us link all those organized fraudsters.
This not only allowed us to take measures against those that abused, but more importantly, meant we did not have to hinder the genuine ones in their preferred way of playing. Ultimately, it helps us significantly to deliver on our own promise to our players: fast KYC's and withdrawals.

Ease of use and ease of implementation of it's Fraud API and it's user fingerprinting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automatically created Machine learning rules need to have a better way of filtering as many are not useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get alot of phishers trying to use our platform, with SEON it became easy to identify these before they are even allowed to use our platform.

SEON is a must in fraud prevention for all the digital business that requires a high standard of security. Working in the gambling industry, SEON is the perfect tool to protect the business from bonus hunters, cards fraudsters, multiple identities, etc.

Nothing. It’s easy to use even if some training is needed to keep the best from all the available functionalities

Bonus abusers are a massive issue for the gambling industry. SEON helps to reduce close to zero the impact on business.

It's a perfect tool to identify patterns such as suspect IP, VPN, emails. A very useful machine learning engine, helping us digging into our huge customer base searching for frauds. It has also a very user friendly interface
