SEON cuts our manual work in half and cuts down chargeback rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Great UX, great UI, and super-efficient system. Our team instantly fell in love with the dashboard and ease of use when we tried different solutions. Then the results in chargeback cuts spoke for themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints, the support team is quite reactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is a digital wallet with some of the lowest rates for customers. But chargeback costs were seriously damaging our profits until we started using SEON. So the first step was to block suspicious users, which we used to do via manual reviews. That used to take up to 10 minutes, now it’s closer to 1 minute. Already that decreased chargeback rates, and then we ran the system for individual transactions, and the bad payments were cut down almost to 0%.

Browsing and comparing user data for a big company centered around entertainment , the ease of comparing data for hundreds of users is only beyond a click away for me its crazy

Ease of use and ease of deployment customization options and rules are amazing

Cut down suspicious transactions with fast integration

What do you like best about the product?
I looked at various integration solutions. Because we needed something flexible and easy to
integrate we went with the SEON API which only took a few hours for our developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only feedback would be to give a few more customization options for the dashboard UI,
but it’s not a huge deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Plane and other travel tickets are more and more bought by fraudsters because they can
resell them on the darknet. So for us it was really about removing long manual reviews for
purchases, and filtering out suspicious users. The Fraud API did the job wonderfully, we’re
now down to close to a 0,01% fraud rate.

What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for data enrichment to make our credit scoring models better, the modular
features of SEON is exactly what we needed. They provide additional data to our models.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints, the support team is quite reactive. Although, more data sharing features in
terms of fraudulent data points would be very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are constantly trying to improve our credit scoring algorithms. Whenever a new
customer applies for a loan, we do our best to screen for fraud or risk of default. For this
screening process, we have to rely on alternative data providers. SEON is one of our main
data providers, they are very agile and are constantly looking to build more feature sets, so we really like this about their company.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using SEON for a couple of years now, and all I can say is thank you! SEON made our workflow easier, helped us out in preventing business threatening frauds.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times when it was urgent, their support was not always available, but due to the nature of the software and ease of use we always managed to fix/setup everything even without help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyday fraud attempts. SEON lowered our chargeback rate by almost 90%.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of SEON is without doubt the data enrichment capability. With the help of the e-mail analysis tool we can tell in real-time if the customer is legitimate or not, without creating any friction in the user journey of the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are quite satisfied with SEON currently, the phone number verification tool could be improved by adding social media history checks. But as far as I know the guys are already working on this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a secondary ticket marketplace you are considered as a high-risk merchant. In the middle of the festival season fraudulent transactions can be a big pain, as we not only loose our revenue and the ticket, but we also have to compensate the seller, making chargebacks incredibly expensive for us. With the help of SEON's Fraud API we are able to stop risky transactions in real time and verify users before they receive the ticket. Currently we enjoy a chargeback rate of 0.01%, while our fraud manager's manual review time has also dropped significantly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am definitely conviced SEON is currently the best value for money in terms of online transactions fraud prevention,

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use and intuitive. The system is great at collecting a wide variety of information about the customer and the transactions. Previously a lot of the analytics and data gathering were done manually at our company, SEON has helped lower the manual resources involved in the fraud prevention process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major problems with the system, one thing that could be improved is the phone number analysis. It is very basic and does not offer too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problem is bonus abuse and multi accounting. Due to the nature of our business, we offer bonuses after registration to our users. We regularly face the issue of one person signing up with multiple accounts and taking advantage of our bonus system. After implementing SEON, we have managed to identify these bad users and to block their account in an automated fashion. Previously we spent a lot of manual resources on trying to filter these users.
