What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use and intuitive. The system is great at collecting a wide variety of information about the customer and the transactions. Previously a lot of the analytics and data gathering were done manually at our company, SEON has helped lower the manual resources involved in the fraud prevention process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major problems with the system, one thing that could be improved is the phone number analysis. It is very basic and does not offer too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problem is bonus abuse and multi accounting. Due to the nature of our business, we offer bonuses after registration to our users. We regularly face the issue of one person signing up with multiple accounts and taking advantage of our bonus system. After implementing SEON, we have managed to identify these bad users and to block their account in an automated fashion. Previously we spent a lot of manual resources on trying to filter these users.
