Any pictures given. Many times I have been able to identify the customer or their associates thanks to pictures provided by Seon. Also location is very helpful. Few times I have been able to solve the case relying solely on Seon findings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes not all the social media profiles come up, but it is understanable, as customer might use different emails or phone numbers. Maybe that coould be possible in the future to see if the cutomer has any other active emails or addresses, phone numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to indentify the person and their associates, often their real location and backgroung. Most useful are pictures of the person, that help us find the SM profiles, which are registered with different emails.
