Excellent fraud detection, but complex setup
What do you like best about the product?
SEON. Fraud Fighters is great because it has a lot of features to prevent fraud, like analyzing things quickly and giving risk scores. We can change the system to fit our needs, and it's easy to connect it to other things we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting it up can be hard because you need to know a lot about how to find fraud. Sometimes it says something is fraud when it's not, but that doesn't happen much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seon stops fraud from happening, so we don't lose money or have problems with customers. It finds anything weird really fast, which makes our customers trust us more. We can work on making our business bigger without worrying about fraud.

I love the effectiveness of SEON's Fraud Fighters plugin; however, I do have one suggestion. The 'Check email' button that appears is a little too large and prominent in comparison to other features on the screen - although this isn't much of an issue as a quick mouse over any hidden text will reveal it anyway. It would be incredibly helpful if, rather than just giving me information about existing profiles, there was a link embedded in the analysis itself so that they could be easily accessed or, even better, viewed directly within the tool.

I like that the presence on social network platforms is in one place. Identifying a profile can significantly facilitate the conclusion of a case. Especially if this person is decent and therefore, no problems are created for an innocent person.
What do you dislike about the product?
If SEON does not find any match on social networks, I think it is better to remove any icon that could divert attention. Often the logos of social networks are still visible in gray to show that there is no match, but I think this is superfluous. Instead, I would give greater visibility to all true-positive results and, in particular, to all open profiles (in which the profile's privacy is set to a minimum) to help quickly recognize everything.

I save a lot of time searching for the suspect's social networks. The research itself is an action with low added value if it has to be physically carried out by an individual. But thanks to this program, it is much more helpful because I used it in other investigations at that time.

What I disliked about SEON is that when we started using it, we needed to refresh more than once some users to get all the information we wanted. Also, I think you can improve the filterings for searches.
