Could an APM be this user friendly?

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to throughput, latencies, errors etc. Great visual representations via graphs and an excellent drill-down mechanism to debug erroneous calls and slow transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analyse calls feature could be made more user-friendly. Apart from this, everything else is just awesome. I have tried other APMs like new relic and app dynamics, but instana stands out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instana is a great APM. It helps me track my services, evaluate their performance and work on making them better. It's easy to integrate with any production-ready application.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards are easy to understand and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve, and the amount of information can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives us the ability to monitor and observe our software applications. This benefits us in understanding what is working and what is not, and where there is room for improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to deploy, automatic discovery, automatic correlation and context guide. Also the smart alerts and analytical capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of logging analytics (yet). lack of the ability to ingest metrics directly from OTEL sources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to find what things did change and how they are affecting our service levels. Quickly pinpoints root cause. Analytics help to optimize code and detect bottlenecks.

What do you like best about the product?
Instana is lightweight and provides continuous discovery and metric capture without human intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything in particular at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The task of discovering all the components and technology is what instant is solving and reducing manual human intervention is greatly benefiting in reducing the overhead cost of manual metric collection and analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
IBM Instana enables me to gain deeper insights of workloads scattered across on-premise and cloud environments.

Allows me to comprehend code-level amendments without any deployment via CI/CD pipeline acceleration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need I say something really - I have never discovered any aspect that was daunting for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Save time through root cause analysis which allows me to comprehend impact of every service.

I like that this is for performance management and this is truly a leader in application for performance management and monitoring.

With instana, we are able to quickly find defects and solve them and also uniquely identify ways of mprovement.

Great tool for observability

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool for monitoring and observability. As a DevOps team, we are monitoring the performance of our tools and the underlying infrastructure. It provides real-time alerts so we can manage them efficiently and promptly. User friendly dashboards help to obtain relevant information quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such expect that the logs retention period can be longer than one month. Sometimes while analyzing the logs I have encountered a few issues while receiving old data. Apart from that, all is good so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a DevOps team, we were facing many challenges while monitoring our tools and their underlying infrastructure which is spread across AWS and Azure cloud. Instana came in very handy for observability needs. It triggers alerts as per the set conditions which helps to track the performance and take necessary steps. The dashboard gives an overview of all the applications and infrastructure status, this feature is a life saver for the operations team.
