One of the best tools for monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
We used instana to do monitoring with the backend developer, it's really practical and fast to find where the problems come from, to have traces and global stat
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally don't have enough knowledge to use it fully, so on this point I couldn't be of much help

We have meetings once a month to discuss problems encountered etc..

I think Instana is best to create dashboards and analyse logs

When I used Instana sometimes ago I fell a little difficult to understand how to create a dash

My application was a lot of crashed but I didn't know what is happened. Instana help me to solve it.

Instant has been very useful in allowing visualization of 3D, mostly in creation of architecture designs.

Instana is a bit costly to purchase but at the same time generates a good income annually

We are getting how our system performs in productions, also we get to in each api calls where are lagging issue, as we can trace the complete api call with instana.

What do you like best about the product?
At Wells Fargo Instana has been very helpful, Improving applications performance with immediate contextual information about the quality of the services. Instana it complies with all the automated monitoring approach because of its Auto Discovery capabilites which is a must for distributed and pyglot architectures. Another thing its built with a machine learning capabilites which continuously learns. Anomality Detection of Instana brings ability in troubleshooting and hence able to find the root-cause.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing plan is exactly what we needed and it okay with that. I don't see any negative behaviour or encounter so far so good.
