Instana Infrastructure use
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. It have easy to implement on the server. We get excellent support . We use it frequently in a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its pricing is quite high. And UI needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helps me to get the infrastructure issue and then we get the information of it.

What do you like best about the product?
We can use it easily. And Implement easily on our Tomcat server. We use it frequent in a day.It have lot of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is ok but customer support is not good. It has easy to integration process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to resolve the issue soon as we get alerts in time. It make the complicated work easy.

Instana is very easy to use. Its implementation is very smooth. The customer support is excellent. I use it regularly. Its have number of features.It is easy to integrate with any system.

Its quite good. It have the excellent features. I can't say any thing that I dislike.But the pricing by them is too high.And other than that everything is alright.

Its quite good getting the real time server details and solving the issue by knowing through its API.Its make so useful to me during the problem of the server.

It is realtime monitoring tool and support all the technology and make easier to monitor and troublshooting issue. It's proactive monitoring and faster response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Waiting for AI integration for help high lattancy and outage issue in product.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we checked logs manually on server it's take much time and complex to find outage issues after that we moved on instana and setup instana it's make life easier. it's easy to use and secure and good support.
Easy to configure and use
What do you like best about the product?
Instana is very easy to configure and the features that are offered are sufficient for current needs. The integration is very easy and gives you more control on the metrics to be captured. The UI is very simple and responsive, makes it easy for frequent use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no reasons to dislike, but there can be more standard dashboards available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool is great help to capture frontend metrics and provides good way to analyse the potential roadblocks.

I really like that it supports multiple applications/technologies out of the box, makes it easier to setup vs other tools.

It can get expensive quickly since it depends on the amount of hosts.

What do you like best about the product?
We use it for the graphics visuallization of the server. We have excellent support from the customer support of IBM instana. We used it very frequently. we have lot of feature in it.It is easy to use.

Its cost are the main factor that I dislike most.

It benefits me by getting the all details of the infrastructure of my site very easily. And I am able to solve the problem very easily.

I like the new technology that IBM instana is based on of .its easy to use and very powerful technology.

To be honest the name it could have been better . I think by time it will take the be better and take the market by storm .

What do you like best about the product?
The most liked thing in IBM instana is AI driven insights which supports a lot in the process like anomalies, perform automatic root-cause analysis, and reduce alert fatigue through dynamic threshold adjustment and also the feature which allows real time monitoring even in the infrastructure level are the most liked for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such dislike about the IBM Instana but its a little hard to understand for beignners and high pricing which cannot be afford by small organisations.
