What do you like best about the product?
Performance analysis good in instana, I like instana to analyis my application performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like instana to analysis my application performance, but I don't find anything to dislike analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Very useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Instana is a very powerful tool for monitoring, it has a lot of useful features and it's very easy to use since the first time because it has an intuitive UI. We have a high quantity of services running and it's been much easier to manage since we got Instana.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i feel like the "live" feature in the monitoring is not really updating the status on real time, so I have to refresh manually to feel at ease. Also the statistics could be shown in a more clear way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instana is solving the problem that is monitoring hundreds of apis. We can filter by only erroneus calls, saving us a lot of time and making easy to detect problems.

we need to monitor performance of application in our devops pipeline so that we make good decision before customer feels the problems.
Best Performance Management Platform for our Application
What do you like best about the product?
It helps us identify any shortcomings in our application performance through it's detailed dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no perfect way to know what exactly causes downtime for our server.

It helps us manage the performance of our application and make sure that the user gets the best experience out of it.

What do you like best about the product?
The footprint of Instana is small, providing continuous discovery and capturing of metrics with negligible manual human intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I do not dislike any features of Instana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instana is solving the component and technology discovery task and reducing manual human intervention, which significantly reduces the overhead cost of manual metric collection and analysis.

I enjoying using Instana to for distributed tracing of our microservices setup

.Net Instana.Tracing.Core.Rewriter.Linux is not easy to customize the instrumentation.json
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Error logging and distributed tracing is helping monitoring the microservices setup
A streamlined and effective approach to tracking and debugging.
What do you like best about the product?
One thing I really like about Instana is how quickly you can get insights without a ton of setup. The interface is straightforward, and it’s easy to follow what's going on across different services. For us, it's been really helpful during debugging,you can trace the calls, check the logs, and see where something might be going wrong. I also like how, during load testing, you can actually watch the server handle requests in real time and get a clear view of how many are succeeding or failing. It just makes troubleshooting a lot more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to complain about, especially since the high CPU usage issue has improved quite a bit recently. That used to be a challenge during debugging and load testing, but it’s been much better lately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even with a slow response, if the problem is raised to the team, they do solve it by providing the new versions, sometimes old versions too. Usually, our issue includes noot capturing the desired points and CPU usage.

As a system administrator providing Instana to the developers and using it myself for operational purposes, it gives direct insight into what is happening in the application.

Sorry, there is nothing I dislike. It's an awesome product easing my life.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding internal communication flow and identifying dependencies that result in erroneous or slow responses. Hereby I can solve more problems in less time with higher resolution quality.
Instana will make your tracing remarkably better *if implemented correctly*
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. Moving from pages to back-end traces makes finding errors much faster and provides more meaningful context than logs alone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be somewhat challenging to find what I'm looking for. This may be an implementation detail that DevOps should improve, but it takes a bit more training than I would've expected to be proficient with this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instana makes it easy to find services in our distributed system. We have been able to improve our MTTR since implementing this tool which helps developers, operations and our end-users feel more confident in our products.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that I have too many complaints, however, support turnaround can be quicker, by no means am I saying you do not get support. If more constant updates are provided, at least we can advise internal teams on timelines.

We have full environment monitoring which helps operational uptime and high availability.
This also allows for a range of live environment tracking to ensure overall functionality.
