Best Translator
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is extremely easy to use and is super fast. Wouldn’t need anything else to do the job. I used the tool last year in a middle of startup creation and it was perfect for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with most tools the UI could really be improved just of offer a better UX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use and the quality was great for our API wrapper solution.

Results are not always 100% accurate, but to be expected

Spanish language translation. Use for Spanish language customers for contact in writing.
Reasonably good results; good for bulk
What do you like best about the product?
The API is pretty simple and well-documented, and quite responsive. It is definitely easy to set up, get sample responses for testing, and then scale up for bulk processing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The results are simply not as good as other products (such as Google Translate). The results from Watson Language Translator are generally acceptable for getting the gist of what is said, which is useful for many tasks, but if you're trying to translate documents for professional purposes, they won't look as solid as they might with other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used Watson Language Translator for personal projects, legal documents, and whitepapers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely try out other API's and run a quick bake-off before implementing.

I like that the IBM Watson Language Translator is able to translate much more accurately than google translate and its easy for a student to use it.

I do not like that some words were not correctly translated because some words have double meanings.

Translation is quick and convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is very user-friendly and intuitive for most working professionals to be able to take advantage of. The translation for the specified languages that we were using were very clear and concise compared to other third-party tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloading the UI code could be a little bit of a hassle in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with international sports federations in order to help make travel arrangements for competitions. The benefits were very evident as we had very efficient and fast communication that would've otherwise taken longer.

I just registered in the free form to start the test with the ibm language translator, I am also struck by the theme of customizing your texts with this same application, it seems to me very complete, for companies that work globally and they have relationships in various parts of the world

Better user interface than Google Translate. Translation quality is slightly superior, but the difference is not big enough to warrant a full purchase. Periods are correctly translated to commas for large numbers.

Fewer supported languages than Google Translate and slightly slower as well.
