What do you like best about the product?
Event Driven Automation, execution environments
What do you dislike about the product?
missing Service Catalog, missing Dynamic Forms, have to rebuild image on collection update(need to test custom filter plugins and filters and have to rebuild image every time)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's in a heart of our Ci/CD pipeline for Infrastructure as Code, I also build a robust framework with Jira and Service now where AAP allows us to onboard records to DNS or Zscaler in a safe and predictable fashion

What do you like best about the product?
It provides Enterprise support which eliminates the pitfalls of AWX. The extra features available in there are quite useful and the integrations it provides for ServiceNow eliminates the use of custom built playbooks for menial tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is not available for a lower quote :)

It's solving automation of playbooks based on events and schedules

The friendly user interface and the easy of use especially for beginners.

Once it is set up, or upgraded, the advancements in the UI have made troubleshooting jobs in Ansible much easier to teach junior members on the team.

The fresh install of AAP 2.5 has been a bear, where as upgrading from 2.3-2.4 was a breeze.

RH AAP provides a simple and easy to use orchestrator and clustered deployment that allows for system management. It helped displace multiple other orchestration tools and streamline infrastructure management and provisioning
What do you dislike about the product?
AAP is built from the OSS community from a collection of multiple packages and contributions. This multi-layered build adds to management complexity and challenges with scaling to meet the demands of large enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AAP has helped to solve complex push vs pull automation challenges providing an off-server solution that is agentless for deploying automation tasks .
