Great software
What do you like best about the product?
ease of use,the software is very user friendly

no cons, quickbase is a great idea and im enjoying it

What do you like best about the product?
Wonderful training videos, like the dashboard and the way its organized and arranged, it makes it easy to stay on top my daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that we make calls to clients listed in our "Christmas tree" and they stay there highlighted in a lighter shade. It makes it look like we aren't doing our responsibilities.
I dislike that we have to hit go back and go back to get back to the initial application after we put an entry into our call log, so we can then add our case note or do any kind of work in their case.
I'd like to be able to rename files that were uploaded to client's application.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an organized forum to keep track of client's information. I love the training videos and the easy access we have to IT to fix problems that arise.

I have used the help tab quite a bit during my use.

I wish there was a step by step system when you click on tabs.

Quick base is helping me keep track of certain billings and invoices.

Search is easy and relatively fast. Make things go fast

Editing a record maybe its just me but I think it can be changed

It helps us keep records up to date and easy to maintain.
Quickbase
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase has helped us transform many business processes that were using multiple tools. With Quickbase we are able to collaborate, build workflows and then develop the reports and dashboards to view those results all in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The form builder component is overdue for a new UI. This was previewed at Empower 2022 but has not been released. The mobile usage of Quickbase needs to be more on par with the desktop experience. There needs to be more control over how items are displayed on mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase allows us to take manual, swivel chair processes and streamline those into one tool. Our business unit citizens are empowered to build solutions without having developer-level skills. We are able to build solutions faster and more cost-effectively.
Learning and Growing in Quickbase
What do you like best about the product?
Overall Quickbase is powerful and fast and always improving, allowing for applications to develop over time as knowledge and tools expand. In addition, the attempts to offer valuable training are greatly appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most frustrating aspect is the help system. It covers the basics but lacks depth and would benefit from a Knowledge-Base section (beyond just the Community, which is one of the strengths of QB).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase helps to provide a centralized location for data, allowing it to be grouped (by apps) in ways that can be related to individual job responsibilities or information flow for our company. For me personally, it allows me opportunities to help make my coworker's jobs easier and more efficient.
Exactly what we needed and probably what you need as well
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is both intuitive and diverse in its capabilities. We have been able to build the system that we had dreamed of for years, tried to find in several other platforms, and thought was something that would never happen. Then one day we found Quickbase. From the beginning to now, they have been nothing but a great organization to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when you can get so caught up in what can happen that I have found myself going too far with things and overcomplicating things. Each time we have seen that the people at Quickbase always say, "We can do that," which only feeds the desire to do more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Quickbase for all our project management needs. We have developed a very complicated and comprehensive system that will offer us the ability to increase our business and allow us to manage the entirety of our business from a single application platform. We are very happy to with the results
The Quick in Quickbase
What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which you can develop a new tool and the ability to make changes pretty quickly as the business needs change.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some User Interface and builder improvements for native features are lacking or slow to be implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed at which a solution can be implemented helps with changing business needs or making adjustments to builder errors that are identified.
Great application for gathering and organizing data with the ability to connect data to dashboards.
What do you like best about the product?
Pipelines are the best part given the available channels to connect to; very knowledgeable staff to help with business needs. More comprehensive than competitor
What do you dislike about the product?
Jinja is difficult to learn and seems like it is needed to build applications. Pipelines can crash sometimes. Make it easier to select QB table fields in pipelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acting as our management information to store and view data while also allowing us to connect data to SQL tables and Tableau dashboards. Created efficiencies through automation.
Long time Quickbase user and I love the platform
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is such a powerful tool. We use it to track tasks, sales opportunities, client billing, and so much more. The platform is very user-friendly and it's easy to get an app up and running. It's such a great low-code tool for all businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quickbase is phasing out their "Automations" feature which has been crucial for our business. They are now switching to "Pipelines," which offers the same functionality but is more technical and harder for a person with limited coding / technical experience to use. I wish Quickbase kept their easy-to-use interface of "Automations."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase allows our business to keep all our records in one database. Instead of using a separate CRM tool, a task management tool, a billing platform, etc., we're able to do all that in Quickbase and customize it to fit our needs. We love how flexible Quickbase is, so it can truly meet all your needs.
