A great one-stop shop for past & current project information

What do you like best about the product?
I find it very helpful that information on past projects is stored there and available to check when it may influence current work; it's good to have access to comments on each project (e.g. would we do it again?) and access to all invoices linked to the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not integrated with our lead tracking software, with our time tracking software or with our knowledge management system. I think this may be more linked to the way we implement the software - it looks like there are a lot of functionalities and potential integration opportunities that we do not take advantage of. We will however soon transition towards a new integrated system, so that should solve these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing and accessing information about all projects we have worked on in the past and are currently working on. As an international company with offices in different countries, it is very helpful to access this knowledge base at any time without having to contact a colleague - which can take a while because of time zone differences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Perhaps explore all integration opportunities with similar software - e.g. knowledge management, lead management, invoicing, time tracking, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best that it can be used to assign work to specific analysts. The best part is the vast different options you are given to pull reports, customize reports, export to a spreadsheet and create a quick pivot table to easy distribution to senior leadership!
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, sometimes the various multitude of options for building reports can be a bit overwhelming for someone that doesn’t have extensive technical background experience. Knowing which report to use to customize and which fields can be a bit challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Categorization of our complaints, based upon specific criteria allow us to quickly see a snapshot of the types of complaints we are receiving based upon complaint type department/category/sub category. I can also easily see a trend for any specific customer service reps who have repeat errors and pinpoint the types of areas they are struggling with based upon category and sub category types.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. There are so many possibilities with this application.

training was very good, easy to view in format
What do you dislike about the product?
many diff tabs for diff depts & not everyone has access to each level since highly customizeable, so less self explanatory than other ones i've used, but it was delberate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i'm more just data entry for companies and opportunities, nice for CRM...all individuals in diff depts use for all types of things however

Quickbase is the easiest platform for non-profit tracking

What do you like best about the product?
We like to organize the different non-profit and fundraising programs with which we are working. Quickbase aligns all the information of the work in the cloud, so it is easy to share it with volunteers. Actually, it offers 100% visibility to our activity. Its price is only $ 15 per month, and its using SaaS tools is excellent. It also offers good technical assistance, which we can follow up on. Call routing is convenient and highly automated, and has large document storage capacity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quickbase does not include an email marketing system. This greatly limits the way we share information with volunteers for our campaigns. Importing extensive databases within the platform can cause it to end up collapsing, as it usually exceeds its capacity, and slows down. The sales forecasting tool is also quite slow. Quickbase does not handle accounting, nor does it allow to automate content through social networks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase gives us a better tracking of problems and technical support tickets. It helps us to measure the performance of each volunteer, and to organize contracts. It has also served to manage incident reports, and to track the budgets of each activity. The management and monitoring of subsidies has also improved a lot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Quickbase is an excellent alternative to all those uncomfortable non-profit and volunteer management platforms. It is highly recommended to automate the management of time and attendance, and to improve supply chains and shipments.

What do you like best about the product?
Great technology that is quite easy to configure after which it just works! Nice, this is how it should be. Support is a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logging that goes back for a long time (maybe as long as your subscription??) would be very beneficial. Sometimes when you want to troubleshoot you would like to go back in time several months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrated ServiceNow with MailChimp. Saved us a lot of manual checks to keep 2 systems in sync.

Quickbase is very good for managing non-profit programs

What do you like best about the product?
With quickbase it has been especially entertaining to manage volunteers for large fundraising projects. We like its price, it costs only $15. It has several functions for the optimization of technical assistance, such as automated call routing and the review and monitoring of customer service tickets, with which we can always keep abreast of the needs of our public.
What do you dislike about the product?
With quickbase there are not enough communication channels with which to work, since it is limited to handling emails and tickets. It does not include any tool for live chat with which you can take better contact with the volunteers and employees of each project. As for the management of human resources, quick base is quite outdated, because we can not review the entire life cycle of each person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase has collaborated in the systematization of our planning of non-profit activities, and in monitoring the profits of each activity. Thanks to its subsidy system we can better take online applications, and its marketing automation system has helped us to create marketing campaigns, and review their progress from different points of view.

What do you like best about the product?
Its incident report creator is very easy to customize. The Quickbase platform is generally used to manage RFI, and to update customer databases. In relation to supply chains, with quickbase we can handle shipments, organize warehouses and inventories, and do merchandise order treatments. This service has been the best solution for the management of our non-profit programs. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. It has fascinated us. If you have any problem with the platform you can easily go to their technical support service. They work on a regular schedule, and they respond very quickly. We thought that the price contract is beneficial for us, since the payment plans are quite flexible with the users. In addition, they are economical. We have achieved a high level of satisfaction with our experience of using Quickbase. It has been very easy to use, and its price shows that it is a positive investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can not administer providers, nor transport. Workflows are not configurable (you can not even choose access permissions). It does not have a progress system based on tasks to be performed, which means that the work can not be fully organized. Does not allow to review potential customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its multichannel system has been very advantageous to improve communication with our customers, and therefore the automation of our sales force. We think it's excellent to be able to handle payment commissions, and to be able to make sales forecasts, and make budget follow-ups.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Quickbase is a stable platform, very convenient for the realization of profit and loss reports, and for the administration of sales funnels. It is excellent for the management of members of non-profit organizations, and to improve the technical attention given to customers. It can even do call routing.

What do you like best about the product?
We believe that Quickbase is very good at improving the automation of sales forces, based on its excellent manager of communication channels, potential customers, and marketing campaigns. Freshmarketer allows you to handle calls, forecast sales, and track tickets and problems (has several Help desk tools). We also liked your automated routing for technical assistance, and that allows you to manage donor information.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not like its creator of incident reports for RFI management and merchandise shipments. We do not like your tracking of budgets and labor costs. We also do not like its commission manager for clients, since it does not categorize them according to pre-established filters. We do not like your email integration because it is slow with the majority of platforms that we attach to your system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Quickbase we have been able to resolve a lot our change orders, and our recommendation follow-ups. It has also been useful to keep us in better contact with our clients, since it is easier to manage databases of them. It is also good for the management of non-profit organizations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Quickbase is recommended first hand to manage memberships within organizations, as well as to handle quotes, donors and volunteers within them. We find it quite useful to review the life cycles of each employee within that organization, and to follow up on job interviews.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the system is great, and the ability to customize reports/interface is necessary in personalizing processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall look of Quick Base could be improved as the aesthetics of the program are a little clunky and not completely intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to bridge gaps in our current databases by using Quick Base as a tool to connect multiple teams and share work/information.
