What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in developping any application needed.
Very easy to code, no real experience required

Sometimes automations or pipelines fail under higher volume and they need to be restarted
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the tool to allocate tasks for operations users, monitor internal productivity, store process documentation, enable workflows and manager HR teams

Quickbase solves business challenges by offering a low-code platform for custom application development, workflow automation, and centralized data management. It promotes collaboration, integrates with third-party tools, supports agile development, and contributes to improved decision-making.
Quickbase for multiple applications
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to set up different applications and connect data between them. Customer support is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be slow to load for large datasets and reports with increasing usage. New features take time to roll out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can store data for different purposes and handle purchasing of products.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is very user-friendly and makes accessing multiple reports super easy and quick! I really like how customizable it is for our company's specific needs. Our team uses it everyday which allows us to easily track all the projects we're working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I can think of any downsides for Quickbase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase provides a way for all of our staff to stay connected and in the loop on every project. The email notifications from Quickbase are super helpful and have created a way for staff to get project updates while cutting down on additional communication outside of the platform which has been a big time-saver!

I like the ease of functionality, very straightforward but still easy to cater toward your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the little detailed functions get swept over and can be difficult to go back and figure out what exactly was changed in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great to be able to work within a team to tackle jobs that need to get done all together. Love that we can communicate where we are within a project to each other in QuickBase.
Well organized and set up for accuracy and efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The way that QB holds detail and allows me to organize all my information in my own way makes it very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
That any edit made to one home tab is shown for each users rather than being able to personalize setup for each user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem QB is solving is the allowing me to organize my projects and details helpfully.
QB is the best to kill Excel.

QB is the best to kill Excel, especially the shared ones where multiple people have access and can ruin the data by having role segration.
Enables a lot of automations and ease centralizations wit lots of dashboards and analytics.
It is very user friednly from user interface perspective and require little to no training to the users.
It is like having your work smart phone with all apps that you need to do your job better on a daily basis.

Managing multiple complex projects across remote teams, working asynchronously. Compliance with audit and documentation needs. Performance measurement tracking and reporting

Great tool, poor customer service
What do you like best about the product?
With basic coding knowledge it is very powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform itself is excellent; however, my primary grievances stem from the administrative staff. They often treat me more like a number than a person, giving the impression of indifference towards my satisfaction with their solutions and services. It seems as though they aren't genuinely concerned about the success of my business.
