Good software for business
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is the right tool to keep information together and easily accessible to users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quickbase has been limited to information storage in my experience and could be better if able to be integrated directly into charting software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing sensitive and protected information securely.
Flexible CRM solution for small business
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is easy to use and simple to set up without the need for specialist services if you are a little bit tech savy. Pipelines allow you to do low code integrations with many outside resouces.
What do you dislike about the product?
For small buisnesses the base license requirement is skewed to the high side (20 seats minimum)
Would like to see more connection options for pipelines in teh Teams package. Lots of small buisnesses use sql and mysql database but the connection is not an option on the Teams package

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to hold and monitor multiple data points on clients with some data coming from outside sources. Quickbase is a great central hub that integrates with all our platforms.
Great Suite with lots of great features!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for building and updating applications is fantastic and there are more and more sources and links that can be used in the system every day. The way the system integrates with our existing data makes it a key application suite that we use every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a few more features to allow users to help them selves before having to get higher level assistance but that is also getting better daily.

Quickbase allows our system data to be combined in one place.

QuickBase is a powerful tool!
What do you like best about the product?
QB is a tool which I use on a daily basis. It is very easy to use. Has a user-friendly interface and is low-code. It's easy to create and maintain variety of apps. It can be adapted to a wide range of business needs. It offers a high degree of customization. But what I love the most is automation capabilities. Using Pipelines we can automate repetitve tasks and workflows, saving huge amount of time. Customer Support is brilliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are integration challenges with aour current processes. QuickBase has also limited JavaScript functionallity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I have any issues in Quickbase that i can't solve, I schedule a callwith QB Expert. They always know how to help me

Quickbase solves the problem of managing complex workflows, automating tasks, and organizing data. It helps by saving time, reducing errors, and improving collaboration across teams. This makes work more efficient and allows for better decision-making.
Quickbase software to the rescue!
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase has been used by my department since 2021 to replace forms used in Excel. The form creation is so easy and intuitive and reporting is a breeze to do! The ability to customize data entry, notifications, and import/export data is off the charts. This has helped us to report metrics to our stakeholders more efficently and drive productivity. I use this product all day every day for various audit requirements for my day to day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without a coding background, some of the more technical parts of Quickbase can be laborious and it doesn't have a sandbox environment to test before rolling into production.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our audit work had previously lived in Excel and the data being collected and reported started to get cumbersome in Excel; file size too large to email, difficulty continuing to add data, changing of requirements. Quickbase has solved that problem and still allows for us to retrieve archived data to review. Our effeciency has increased as well as allowing people to become SME with developing apps within Quickbase and those people development/training opportunties help with career advancement as well as growing their confidence
Great robust product with ok UI
What do you like best about the product?
Pipelines! Have used them a lot this year. They are very powerful and easy to build

UI seems clumsy and confusing at times, especially for new users

Issues with fields going between tables that can make the database more complex than necessary.

Tracking 3 separate businesses between different locations and the needs they want.

There is always for room for improvement with the platform due to the sandbox application and the types of fields you can have information in.

What you see is what you get there arent many ways to bypass the native QB application stuff.
