Amazing Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very effective tool for online collaboration. Highly scalable and customizable
What do you dislike about the product?
The app we use is now manage by our company which has restricted the individual users from creating user specific projects. Creating a global tool restricts us from meeting individual needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase allows us to manage day to day projects and share data with our customer. Customers can also be participants and use the application. It's a collaboration tool that excels my expectations

What do you like best about the product?
I feel it's very useful for forms, pivots and charts. I'm still a novice user, but learning something new every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
When I have multiple tables that need to be deleted and imported on a daily basis, that I can't delete ALL of the data from from multiple, if not ALL, tables at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is really helpful when it comes to the daily repitition of creating/sending out spreadsheets, charts, and tables. Creating an application in Quickbase is a more modern tool for that purpose.

The script is easy to configure to meet changing requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
QB could use a better "Developer Mode" to allow experimenting with changes and better see how modules throughout the application will be affected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assessing workflow, scheduling tasks and assigning personnel/ equpment. QB is helping better predict our workflow and manage lead times. It is helping track projects throughout the life-cycle from initial product development to customer feedback and reiteration. QB is also a useful tool to manage our Quality system, HR records, and documentation.

The workflow is too combersome and requires code.

You need to be properly trained to program the system to do what you want.

Some of the sorting features, I wish it had a hold screen.

Powerful tool for data entry and storage across entire company
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization aspect of Quickbase to directly correlate with my job responsibilties. This has drastically improved my date keeping and organization to ensure project dates are met. Before quickbase, keeping track of projects and dealines was a mess, however now I am keeping track of twice the amount of projects with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few bugs that will require me to refresh the page when doing specific searches and has an occasional lag when trying to do tasks very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase helps me keep track of all of my respective projects and is a great tool for organizing data and being able to manipulate this data into charts to improve my productivity. Data is easily tracked trhoughout the company and has been an extreme tool for all divisions.
