pretty Good Experience
What do you like best about the product?
As a graphic designer running my own business, Quickbase has been a good tool for organizing client projects and streamlining my workflow. The customization options are a major plus. i can tailor the platform to fit the exact needs of my business without any coding knowledge. This has been invaluable in keeping track of project timelines, client feedback, and design assets all in one place. the automation features have also saved me a lot of time allowing me to focus more on the creative aspects of my work. Overall, it’s been a great addition to my business toolkit
What do you dislike about the product?
While it has a lot to offer, there are a few areas that could be improved especially for a small business owner like me. The initial setup and learning curve were pretty challenging it took me a while to figure out how to make the most of the platform, and I had to invest a fair amount of time into getting everything just right. Another downside is the cost. it can get expensive, particularly if you need access to advanced features or have a growing team. For a small business, this is def something to consider carefully

it's been a game-changer for managing projects and data. The platform is incredibly flexible, allowing me to create custom apps tailored to my specific needs without needing to know how to code. The ability to automate workflows and integrate with other tools we use daily has streamlined a lot of our processes saving me tons of time. From Start-Up to a Small Medium Enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
QuickBase is a blank sheet where you can create your own path and establish the processes according to your convinience.
It is very usefull for businesses that are constantly changing and lookIing for
continuous improvement as it allows to build new features, visualizations and automations.
We implemented it ourselves, in-house, using the QuickBase University, and 50 hours of QuickBase technical support. A team of two was enough to build the tool used everyday for 100 workers in different roles within the company. The response of customer support is quick enough to solve any issue.
It has native integration with QuickBooks (among others) so that enables to connect the operations with the financials of the company.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have experienced several crashes from the platform wich where not associated to errors of us.
The salesman promissed much more than what the contract actually included.
The contract doesn't adapt to the flexibility of our business. We would like to pay monthly for the ammount of users we have that month, but instead we have to sign an annual contract for the ammount of users extra we are going to have, and there is no way of reducing the amount of users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QuickBase allows us to create our own way of working and organizing our processes. It allows us to addapt everything, from visualizations to constant changes in sales commisions and structures, adding new and independant revenew streams.
Those feautures keep us agile as we change and adapt quickly, while creating our own way of working.

Excellent CRM Data Management Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is an effective CRM Management platformfor intergatingexisting CRM Data. Capability to track performance and tasks throughtimeline view is great. Dashboard view is good and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning platform initially can be a bit challenging. Limited featuresavailable with trial version. Limited functionality with respect to charts and graphs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Quickbase as aneffective CRM platformfor integrating and visualizing CRM data existing currently. Data related to leads, emails and prospects has helped us gain valuable insights and drive impactful decisions.
Excellent, highly customizable tool that saves countless cycle time hours
What do you like best about the product?
We live and die by our custom, home-brewed application hosted within Quickbase. It is our lifeblood - from new customer leads to ongoing parts and service support and everything in between. It's the brain of our operation that takes much of the guess work out of our business, saves time, and allows us to get back to doing what we do best - supporting customers quickly, efficiently, and without hiccups. It does the work of multiple people with minimal investment and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stretch their dollar and labor capacity 3x-5x times what they put in to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quickbase can be daunting at first. It can be difficult to see the whole potential of the tool out of the box. We started with a blank slate and over the course of 7-8 years have grown it into one of the most valuable tools at our disposal. If you can dream it, you can make it - but finding the best way to use Quickbase to solve a problem relies on critical thinking without much guidance. The good news is that once you have a vision, Quickbase can make it possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage and track new leads, support customers in the field through parts and service requests, and provides excellent reporting on backlog, sales quoting status, and a historical system-of-record for nearly every customer interaction we have, along with ongoing project status.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase has changed our business environment in a way we never imagined. Building an app is as easy as turning on the microwave. With minimal training we are live in minutes. Changes to the app are instant, no need for a complete change management servers and overhead. Cost effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to export reports into structures pdf document templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more passing excel documents around to check status on business workflows.
Flexibility for constant change
What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to utilize the Apps we created in QuickBase and easily adapt as the organizations needs change.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improvements - these are great! However, they also come with the downside of potentially needing to modify your way of working and at times it has felt like there was not adequate lead time or visibility.

Provides us centralization of resource managment and project management as well as association of related workstreams (assets, ID assignment, training completion)
Flexible, low code Software that is easily accessible
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is very easy to learn the basics of and they have a ton of tutorials and places/ communities to learn from. The Qrew is extremely helpful. While I am still learning about automation I think pipelines are a great entry level tool that allows for users to get started quickly but also push the boundaries of pipelines as they continue to learn and their system grows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quickbase is pushing their new mobile platform called FastField, and while it does have it's place it is frustrating to see the lack of support for the Quickbase mobile app. The mobile app experience is a terrible representation of quickbase and our team is actively looking at choosing a different platform for our mobile work flows. Additionally, I find that sometimes the new feature releases might not always align with what the quickbase community would like to see, however there are Quickbase employees who know this and are working on trying to find better ways to get feedback from the community and act on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase allows us to centralize a lot of work flows. We use Quickbase for operations and reporting. It is benefiting us because it allows us to continue to implement new solutions for problems within the business without requiring a ton of development time. I believe that there is a lot of potential for Quickbase that we have not even explored yet.

What do you like best about the product?
Gets rid of spreadsheets and offers starightforward solutions. Support is always helpful.

Sometimes the tools built in features seem limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is automating certain reports and an easy place to store data.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to use, as it makes managing workflows and projects easier for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue we've found with Quickbase is that it performs less well when dealing with big datasets. Large data sets may cause things to lag and have restrictions on table and app sizes. Though Quickbase isn't a large data warehouse per se, it can interact with a lot of those big data warehouse systems!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team utilizes it as a ticketing system. We have used this software to assign assignments and deadlines to each team member. We have also been able to identify projects that require more personnel thanks to it. We have been able to proactively amend assignments before team member conflict arises because to our recognition of these situations.
