What do you like best about the product?
Friendly management, in relation to the inventory and purchasing management system

the key lock due to lack of use, it is difficult to recover the password or perform its reset

Dynamic No-code Platform that Increases Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase's greatest strength is it's customizability. The low-code/no-code functionality allows my team to update the platform to fit our needs excatly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where Quickbase can improve is in it's visual interface. Some of its charts and dashboards look outdated. I am hopeful Quickbase will make updates to it's visual components in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase creates a centralized platform where my organization can manage data, collaborate with teammates, project manage, and track inventory.

It is easy to use and fileter data. Creating a app can be done quick and easly with low code.

Getting error messages and having to figure out how to resolve.

I like the simple DB structure and Pipelines. Also the formula fields make work easy and as you want to do.

Some design constraints we have. Sometimes Product teams want us to implement the fancy design that we cannot achieve in simple table forms

Quickbase is solving a multitude of problems for businesses, primarily centered around streamlining processes, improving collaboration, and enhancing data management. Its flexible platform allows for the creation of custom applications without extensive coding knowledge, disparate data sources, and manual tasks. By providing a centralized hub for information and automating routine processes, Quickbase enables teams to work more efficiently, make better-informed decisions, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy of automation, the low code environment, and tons of online resources makes this platform extremely approachable and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about QuickBase is that much of the training material was created after I started building apps. When I started I felt I had a shakey foundation since it was more of a "word of mouth" training experience. That revealed some less than great building practices.
Anything I dislike about QB is often self-inflicted bad practices - not documenting use-cases is a major issue.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
customization. In my field there are out of the box platforms that are clunky and archaic. QB has allowed our team to provide transparent reporting for investor and easy access to maintain inventory for our users.
It's a easy to use APP.

it's straight forward, easy to learn, user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was having trouble to sign in at the beginning, but the support responded quickly.

Work time entering, keep track of my work time.
Extremely Helpful Support and Multitude of Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is quickly becoming one of my favorite low-code application development platforms ever. It is very intuitive to use, if a simple application needs to be built, but it also has the capabilities of being more advanced, based on the complexity of the use case. I needed to build a slightly advanced relationship in an app, between two tables, and the customer support I received was stellar in helping me implement the final product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the pages/functions are still a little bit outdated in term sof both aesthetic appeal and user interfaces. I'm sure with the steady updates that Quickbase's interface will soon be more uniform across the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is providing an easy solution to gather data from our client, in the form of surveys/forms. The reporting capabilities are also endless and have come in handy, especially when making use of the user-friendly and aesthetic dashboards.
Powerful and user friendly low code data base and reporting tool
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and ease of creation of both data entry forms and reporting tools. Additionally offers a lot of powerful tools that take it beyond other low code database solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The basic features are truly low code and can be used without much training. However it is a very mature product and the more powerful features are beyond a standard low code solution and require a decent training for not tech knowledgable people.

Healthcare patient data tracking, custom questionnaires with dynamically built question lists, sales projects, sales leads, and CRM

Flexibility and easy for non-coders to build quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things but they are changing, navigation and forms which have both been updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most important is that I built an application that is compliant to HUD's data standards related to reporting on un housed individuals

East deployment of any project in kanban and scrum framework and it also helps me to create on and off boarding tickets with associated workflows in the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per my perspective, learning how to use it effectively requires some time and effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good for mapping out sprints and progress through the agile delivery and keeping all engineers working together with the roadmap and deadlines in sight at all times.
