Great tool for Building Customize Application as per Business Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase allows me to create applications that meets my business requirements, with little coding knowledge. User Interface is awesome and it's easy to use. It offers various security features that meets industry standards. A wide varirety of integration with other tools is also offered Quickabse which helps to get in sync with exiting system.
What do you dislike about the product?
For intense customization one needs to have a better understanding of advanced coding. A reliable internet connection is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase helps me to create customized applications with little coding knowledge as per the business requirements. It helps me to intergarte Excel with the existing systems.

I manage a 5-person team developing Quickbase applications for Data Collaborative, a QSP
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase has a very low barier to entry as far as learning the interface. But, it can be developed to do very complex processes if you stick to it and get a good grasp of the framework
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of Quickbase's more advanced features are buggy and lack polish. Pipelines in particular have a very clunky "flow" for UI, and could be more intuitive. Fixing the jumpiness of the UI when opening and closing steps would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every business problem that clients bring to my doorstep: Project Management for out-of-the-ordinary industries mainly. An industry that has no out-of-the-box solutions built for them such as solar, concrete, large complex project management firms
Minimum # of user requirements made QB too expensive for small business
What do you like best about the product?
The software was easy to use and quick to develop apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we first started using Quickbase, there was a 5 user minimum. Now the minimum is 20 and is too costly to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Made writing a custom application easy

I don't know enough yet. I'm excited to learn how it's going to process all of our info.

Efficient and easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to make apps and create what you want. You can create your own image, and consistently update what you like, and always be moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I lose track of the fields that are connected. I wish it was slightly easier to figure out what fields I've connected to what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our communication, organization, and creating apps that work perfect for our company.
Quickbase is user friendly, and convenient. It is great for all your workflow needs.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Quickbase reduces my waste of time during the day with the ability to connect all of my applications in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not friendly with sales tracking. I have to use a seperate program to track sales and commision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to build forms and share them over platforms to other team members. I use Excel on a daily basis, I like that you can use this platform with Excel.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the table connections made me fall in love
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish queries were simpler, for example: getting the most recent record in a given table to use in another table used to be a pain. Now is better with queries but I think there is still room for improvement

Having all data across departments in one central place
Easy To Use Software For Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
This software is very easy to use for beginners. I used drag and drop feature in this because i am not good at coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing i dislike in this software, that sometimes it slow down because of workload. Sharing the data with each other made easy and also it helps in making new decisions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of sharing the progess of clients project. I share the app progress with the client so the client will always see how much the work is done.
Quickbase is an excellent tool, we're more than satisfied!
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility! We are able to create our own applications to meet the needs of our business and have not yet experienced something we couldn't solve for in QB. When determining if we'd move forward with Quickbase, the sales engineer said, "If you can think it and write it down on a napkin, you can create it in Quickbase." We have found that to be true!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside with using Quickbase is using formulas specific to Quickbase. lt just takes some additional time to find what you need and ensure you're using it correctly for the UI. We have a dedicated resource with a background in programming in house so that has been very helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is solving all program management and data tracking problems we've experienced in the past. We created applications for our Sales and Operations team that seamlessly communicate and allow for robust collaboration and visibility into the sales and operations pipelines. We have more insight and overview into performance, trends, and bottlenecks that allow us to streamline and improve our processes.
